Columbus Park Apartments

Always something. There’s pot holes everywhere. Trash everywhere. Bright side cops are always there . Except it’s to arrest people and deal with violence issues. Sooo much noise. No one cleans up after their dogs. Can’t really find much good but good luck. I’d run far away!!!!

They took my application fee and let me send in all my documents thru emails just to cancel and block my number. The lady was a smart mouth and is very unprofessional.i just don’t understand how you can cancel someone without a call and if you didn’t receive something why not call. I am glad they cancel me because now I live in a better place.

If you don’t get stung to death then you’ll have time to fight off the raccoons and other rodents. Bees everywhere. In the walls and coming through windows. Management very poor at communicating and doesn’t know how to properly take care of issues

idk how this place has decent reviews. i live there now and i am trying to break my lease because someone got murdered within walking distance of my apt. not to mention roaches, out of control trash, bed bugs, you name it! please dont be like me and rent here

I first moved in April of 2019 and within 2 weeks my ceiling was leaking and they never fixed it. Neighbor kids tried to catch my building on fire and the leasing office never did anything about it...the maintenance guy was out parting with the minors out of camera view but I have pictures and video of him handing minors alcohol. They never disclosed that my entire unit was bedbug infested and they did nothing to get rid of them which I have pictures and video of that as Well. I broke my lease on October 2019 and because they did not uphold their part and now they want to send me to collections. Never rent from these people. You hear gunshots all hours and what's sad is theyve hired undercover who wear bullet proof vests...yeah makes you feel real comfortable huh? I have made reports for my kids safety and yet even the undercover has done NOTHING.

There clean ,staff at the renting office were nice,I loved how she read each part of my lease I've been here 7yrs and I've saw big improvements..

They are great! They were very understandable during the whole moving in process and kept us updated. Kanika and Sindy were super welcoming and so very helpful during a stressful moving process!

It’s not peaches and cream but it’s better than what I left and moved from ! They have problems but they get them together whenever I went in and told them. So very good timing and the staff are very respectful and kind !! I will recommend

THE LADIES AT THE RENTAL OFFICE AND THE MAINTENANCE TECHS ARE VERY NICE. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEM.

Nice place for the family and a great new Management team in the charge with renovated apartments. No complaints and I've lived here for 5 months.

I’ve lived at Columbus Park for 6 months and I’m very happy. Staff takes care of any needs that arise. Playground is nice for my kids. Convenient location to work on the east side.

i lived at this complex since august 2017 i really like the new management that took over and they dont take no mess. they are very helpful with situations if you have any.India is my favorite,ms kelly and carol are also great at assisting with needs i would recommend this property to family and friends if they where in need of an apartment.this management gets the job done and i appreciate them for that.

I wanted to let whom ever is reading this and whom ever may be thinking about inquiring about moving into these apartments. We have had a wonderfull exsperience since being here for the last two years. Very freindly staff willing to listen and accommodate with issues that have arises. Also would like to say that the new managment has very much cleaned up the complex ranging from the outside to inside appearances and taking care of the problems of crime by getting rid of those who were causing problems. All in all if your thinking about renting here take that step and be apart of a great invironment with quality living.

I lived here for over a year now and I have yet to complain about management and the community.if you have a issue with something they have no problem fixing it for you whether it's something that needs fixed or having trouble with your neighbors.I've lived in they're 2 bedroom apt and it's actually very spacious.I thought I wouldn't like it at first because of how it looked On the outside but it turned out to be my very First apt and they took me in when everyone else kept denying me and that I am highly grateful for.

I use to live here when I was little and it was off the chain. Can I say that this place is totally changed. I moved to a two bedroom thinking I was getting more room about a month ago only to find out that they have the BOMB RENOVATED ONE BEDROOMS THAT ARE HUGE!!! I want one of those. Nice job.

Dirty disrespectful forges false documents and is just down right nasty bed bugs roaches mice mold and refuse to fix it brought false witnesses to court when i tried to fight my eviction forged my dead uncles signature multiple times people in the office are disrespectful and talk about you to other residence i do not recommend this place at all

I just recently moved out of a studio because my work was a contract position for Ohio State University and is now over. I definitely will come back here if I am offered another position in Columbus. The management staff didn't want me leave and said there doors are always open for me and my dog.

I just moved in last week to one of the newly renovated 1 bedroom units. It has one of the best views and the bedroom is HUGE! I love it. The only downfall is there needs to be a stop light to get out in the morning and evenings Alum Creek is busy and people don't want to let you out.

Constantly getting bed bugs and roaches you could be the cleanest person but if your neighbors have em you will too, you can stick things right under the walls to the nextroom or even to the next apartment. Spraying for them doesn't help. The parasites are relentless and maintenance is useless. Staff in the office doesn't help any either and leaves fake review's talking these apartments up like they're great. The only decent thing is that they cover everything but the electric with your rent.

We've been here about 3 months and I have to say the staff is so helpful and friendly. With all the places we looked at and could've picked, we're very happy with the decision to move here. We will gladly recommend this to everyone we know looking for a new home.

I have lived in Columbus Park for the last 3 years and I have found the front office and staff very good at listening to and fixing any maintenance issues (there have been few) and the property has plenty of outdoor areas/trees to spend time outside and relax. The apartments themselves have ample space/storage. Apartment complex is secure and has security for nights and weekends. There is plenty of parking and the apt buildings are remodeled well and common areas kept clean by staff.

I would have to say that the property from the entrance way looks Awesome. Visiting the office for general information the Office team greet me with open arms, wonderful smiles on the faces and the willing to answer all my questions. I refer people to Columbus Park Apartments.

I have lived at Columbus Park for three years and I love it! The maintenance staff is very helpful, the grounds look great, and the manager Nicole is very professional. I would recommend Columbus Park for your next Apartment.
