Property Ratings at Columbus Crossing Townhomes
My fiancé and I have been living here for almost six months now and we love it here. It's a decently quiet area. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. We haven't had any problems. The apartment itself is pretty nice. We really do enjoy living here.
My husband and I just moved here about a month ago. The apartment building is older but in pretty good shape still. Some of the appliances of older but decent looking. The office staff is very nice but the only complaint I have so far is that I have called to put in a few work order request for things that needed to be fixed when we moved in and they still haven't gotten to it yet. Other than that, which is kind of a big deal, the place is great and I like living here. My neighbors have not given us any issues and the area that we live in is kind of hidden which I like and close to down town. The area is a tad bit on the rougher side but it's not a bad living area at all.
