Columbia West is a great place to live. Clean apartments, friendly staff, awesome workout room, great neighbors. Close to the bank and gas station. Also great walking path that goes to the Veterans Park. The bike paths are great fun for family and friends, and are near the apartments.Close to the Hospital , Hugo's, and some Schools like Red River High, and UND. Just a perfect place to live!

If your looking for an apartment with friendly staff and quiet surroundings, this is the place to be. Rent is resonable.

Columbia West has some very nice apartments. The location to stores and the mall is convenient. The gym is beneficial if you want to work-out.

I've lived at Columbia West for over 4 years and have never had any issues. The building is a little older, but the location is great and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. The in unit laundry, and facility fitness center are also some nice bonuses!

Our apartment is super clean and well taken care of! We were informed while getting ready to move in that our dishwasher needed a new part and maintenance was in there that day. The dishwasher still was not working after replacing the part. The maintenance team is going to be replacing it for us Monday! They have very quick maintenance teams and extremely friendly staff!

Columbia west made it very easy to tour when deciding on a place to live and the application process was easy. Management was a little hard to get ahold of but got back to us right away. Overall had a good experience with moving here, and would suggest it to anyone.

The units are beautiful and have plenty of room, i love how our balcony is kind of hidden and we have a little more privacy than others.

This place is amazing! They are super friendly, gave a lot of cleaning supplies on move in day, amd gave me doggy bags and a flash light when I was approved for my assistance animal! They are a truly caring company! Plus, the stairs don't bother me anymore because with move in day, I definitely got my lungs conditioned! So, a daily workout is nice! Overall, they are so great! Especially Jamie! She has been with me from the start of it all and she is wonderful!

Columbia West Apartment Leasing Agents are very personable and professional. When I first moved from out of state, the staff assisted me with getting settled into my new apartment. To date the staff continues to address any concerns I might have. The Columbia West Apartment Community is cozy, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and I love ease of being able to work out without having to leave the apartment community. I think the Columbia West Apartment Community is an ideal complex for residents new to the area, military families, or anyone who appreciates the safety of a secure apartment complex.

The Columbia West Management Team was so helpful from my first call all the way to when they handed me the keys and beyond! I'm grateful for all the helpful advice on moving for my first time. Definitely a high quality experience.
