Property Ratings at Columbia at the Waterfront
I was really disappointed in this property for how it’s managed. After having my vehicle hit in the garage (the first month)and no help even tho there was a camera monitoring that area… “well technically your car isn’t in the veiw because it’s an inch or so out of frame” even tho you could see everyone that would have swooped in to hit it. The elevator’s CONSTANTLY smelled of dog pee all the time, the trash chute always smelling up the hallways, dog poop is everywhere outside and even found some in the hallway, and the management can take away or change the amenities at any time! But my favorite is they can point out one person for not following community guidelines and threaten you with $200 fine while not enforcing anything else… I don’t think so!!!! BYEEE

We understand that can be very frustrating and we do take the items you mention very seriously and would love the opportunity to address them further with you. You had mentioned that your car had a large window with which you weren’t even sure when it had been hit or where it may have occurred. We apologize that your car was not within our camera’s view, but we are happy to help investigate as best as we can. As for the elevators we have recently replaced the carpet with vinyl planks to help with the pet smell as well as are researching what we can do about the trash chutes as well. We are happy to work together to come up with solutions to any issues you may have, please reach out to us here at the office and we are happy to help.
I am very pleased with the service and employees during the application process and the move in days. I was working with Gage mostly, who was patient, responsive, and attentive to all my questions and needs. Gage went above and beyond and helped me with some custom shelving in my apartment. Jeff was also very helpful on my first move in day, and Gage was very helpful working with my last minute request of reserving the elevator for a few separate occasions. The team here you can tell care about their residents and go above and beyond to satisfy the residents.
