The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Colton Heights Apartments
If I could give 0/5 Stars I would. Maintenance is horrible. They don’t seem to care about the tenants what so ever 2 washers and dryer per complex, no dish washer. Outdated
My mom lived here and they have a bad bed bug infestation. The management had an exterminator come and spray but the bed bugs came right back because they only treat one apartment instead of the whole building. My mom had to throw away her couch,, recliner, recliner, beds.. Renter beware.

Love my apartment! The manager Lea is very knowledgeable in her job and in the housing laws. She explains everything to you and goes over the lease process step by step. She is very quick to respond with questions and repairs. She is truly a blessing to have as a landlord. Lea is an ASSET to Builders Management and Investments, Fargo, North Dakota.
I have been renting at Colton Heights for a few months now. The outdoors area of the property is kept very clean. I have never seen any litter, and the grass is cut very often. All of the apartment Buildings are secured, with residents having keys to access them. The neighborhood is essentially crime-free. At one point my apartment flooded overnight, and within 24 hours management had a new lease, and apartment ready for me, transferring over my security deposit from the other unit, as well as my current rent payment. Around the same time I found a new job, with a salary increase of 22%. However I didn't learn until I'd left my old job that my first check would be withheld until nearly a week past rent day. Management allowed me to pay half of my rent, and the other half when I received payment. The apartments all seem to be fairly clean. A refrigerator, freezer, Stove, and sink are in each unit, and in my experience were like new. There is a window mounted AC , and central heat. Bathroom's are fairly standard, with a toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower, and a mirror with a medicine cabinet. However each bathroom does have a nice wall-mounted cabinet for things like cologne, or medicine. You're allowed to hang from the walls, and put up your own curtains as well, which really allows you to customize your apartment to fit your own style. Very clean and safe environment. Good area of town, and very professional management As for utilities, you only pay electric.. If you're Looking for an apartment in Billings I definitely recommend Colton Heights.
I love living here very nice apartments clean very nice manager and maintenance guy is right on top of things. Best place ever!
