This community is lovely but they have horrible customer service. They just want the money. No money is refundable. They talk extremely fast to just get you to agree to a property. They don't communicate well AT ALL. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Just the application process to communicate with them was HORRIBLE.

Office management horrible and inhuman! Take forever to fix something, only went they have an inspection they fix your utilities and the security gate ! Unsafe neighborhoods...
Colony Lakes is the worst apartment complex in Homestead, Florida. Management is horrible and maintenance never knows how to fix anything correctly and effectively. One out of Five stars as the rating, I would give Colony Lakes Preservation a zero.
Vacationing from cold Pennsylvania and visiting with a friend who resides at Colony Lakes Preservation. I was impressed by the superb maintenance, the tenants warm demeanor's,and the time and courtesy of management. The pool was immaculate and the sunshine there, was taken back to Pennsylvania. I will be relocating and would love to be accepted as a tenant at Colony Lakes Preservation.
I visited this property for my father who's retired and I would love to bring him to live at this community. From the first impression of the property's clean and well maintained appearance to the nice and helpful office staff, they made my tour pleasant and decision very easy! I feel comfortable to have him at this property.
