The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Colony Frontera Apartments
Lived here for 15 years. Safe neighborhood and very clean. Staff is also amazing. 5 stars all the way
They are rude and not helpful and they will not fix what need to be fixed
first of all rent is expensive the worth it. If you need something fixed from your apartment good luck with that they take forever to fix it and when they go maintenance team is very rood and sloppy work they got all my carpet wet when they fixed an issue with my sink. Trash is always all over the place. Home less are always inside even though its a gated community. the entrance handle is always broken. Its not worth it.
El problema es que tus paquetes no pueden estár mucho tiempo afuera porque los roban. Muy mala situación que no es seguro para tener nada en la puerta. ??
Lived here for over a year now and definitely moving out ASAP. Unfortunately our lease doesn't end until January or we would leave earlier. -Upon renewing our lease, Christian in the front office accused us of not informing them that we had cats, when we had emailed them photos of the cats when we first moved in and paid the cat deposit. He tried to make us pay the cat deposit a second time while berating us ("I don't know how you got away with this") in front of the other office staff. Eventually he found a lost piece of paperwork and it was resolved, with no apology. -Our new upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and it has been unbearable while in quarantine. We complained to the front office several times and had several unpleasant confrontations with said neighbors. Some of the noise issues have been resolved by management (like having extra small children over to play every day) but unfortunately these buildings have NO insulation and they insist on playing heavy bass music for hours on end. The management informed us the bass was an "acceptable" amount of noise. Additional cons include: Horrible street parking Giant spiders Inconsiderate community members
Each year raises the cost of rent and if these without contract do not fix anything always tell you that soon helps you and nothing happens
Do not! I repeat do not even think about living here. It is absolutely disgusting and there is very poor management running this place. They ignore your calls and don't get back to you when they should. They send their maintenance guys to do random check ups on you and act like you requested for them when you don't. Luckily I've been there every time the maintenance guys decided to come in without permission with a work order they Claim I requested. The managemt has very poor communication amongst each other so you will get different answers on any given day and one employee won't honor what the other says. I'm so god my lease is up. I hope no one ever has to go through the horrible experience I had to go through with them. If you don't like spiders I'd definitely recommend applying elsewhere because they are everywhere. They come out of the bend and into your apartments on a daily basis and I'm not talking about little ones either lol
Yes you are near the 91, 57, and 55 easy access from any direction. Thirty minutes from the So Cal beach's very nice. However security is poor, It seems once a month another car has been broken into. Parking is a hassle there is never parking pass 2 p.m in the afternoon. We just received new washers and dryers in our section of the facility. That's a good thing but now we have to pay almost twice as much to wash and dry. The maintenance is usually on top of their reports, but when you need something in urgency there know where to found. Management team is a little rude when it comes to an issue that is presented to them. Rent is fair per square feet, however increases annually.

We have one , two and three bedroom apartments with a family atmosphere. New gym workout area and office space acessible to residence with Wifi and computer acess. Apartments need some improvements but we do have a security team to keep the grounds safe . The apartments are a descent size and downstairs apts have patio acess etc. PET FRIENDLY big plus
There are Ants, spiders, roaches, gnats and flies. They don't ever spray. The water pressure is terrible. They are cheap and won't fix anything or replace any old appliances when they break. There is no guest parking or parking on the street ever available, it's always full. They rack up the pricing after your lease ends if you want to stay month to month. They will keep raising it $100 every 6 months. The washers and dryers suck and leave your clothes stained from improperly rinsing. Carmen and Joe are nice, but the rest of the staff either don't speak english very well, or are jerks. I hated living here. I hated the sound of the freeway. The lack of air circulation and how horrible the AC unit works. It's not worth the price at all. Seriously don't live here. You'll regret it.
Hello, I have been living at this address a few months now. To beging with I will very honestly say at first this place looks great, unfortunately I am not very happy. I will be giving you the Pros and Cons of living at this address. Hopefullu this review is helpful and helps you on making up your mind. We will begin with the Pros, Pros: 1. This place is very clean, the staff takes efford in keeping it clean in the inside and ive even seen maintenance staff sweeping outside too. 2.Every apartment has either a balcony or a patio. They are very nice to sit outside and enjoy the california weather. 3.The apartments have a nice layout, they are nice on the inside. 4.Swimming pools (4 of them) and grilling areas by every pool, with vending machines, it trully feels like a resort at times. 5. Fitness room, office and four laundry rooms. Like i said earlier, very clean. Ok you have read the good things about this place. It really isnt a bad place to live, if you dont mind a few things here. Now we will proceed with the Cons. Cons: 1.I think this is the most important of all and I think they should really make more of an efford on announcing this before you commint, the aparments have ASBESTOS. We were not aware untill i had already given the deposit money and was signing the lease. I really wish they would inform us of this early on when they are showing you the property not when you are pretty much commited. ASBESTOS POSES A REAL HEALTH THREAT, unfortunatly my wife and I are stuck here till our lease is over. 2. Parking is a nightmare, you only get one assigned parking spot, or so we were told, and if you have more cars than one, they have to be parked outside, GOOD LUCK! I have a very very hard time finding parking outside since my wife parks inside in our car port. When i asked how much more a month would it cost me fkr an extra parking spot, i was told they dont do that due to limited spaces so everyone only gets one. Not true at all, i have seen multiple people with mutiple parking spots inside the complex. Not cool. 3. Crime rats, please look into it, my vehicle was broken into right outside my home, since there is "not enough parking inside" on fathers day i come out to find my glass broken and my vehicle a mess. When i brought this up to the manager, he said "oh yeah that happens on that stree, dont park on that street". Thats would have been a good piece of info when we first moved in. The police said it has happened about 4 times before
