I’ve been in 3 diff units in this complex - overall it’s been good, but I’ve also had horrible experiences with water leaks. Apt are NOT new so the water leaks I can’t blame the management on this and when it has happened in two units (1 where I had to be removed from as it was extremely bad), management handled it the best way they could and were helpful through the process. IN My current unit the bathroom ceiling has leaked at-least once each lease. The complex is kept clean for the most part, if all the units were updated I’d renew a lease here every year as long as the price makes sense. he gym could use an upgrade, so I prefer going to the gym elsewhere for a fee than what we have here. The location is great as it makes it easier to get to most places I need. The staff overall have been kind, I’ve definitely met some who were just not kind in there, but overall most are nice and been helpful. The maintenance men do a good job coming as fast as possible even- so just be patient!

I've had a generally positive experience living in this apartment community. The management is responsive, maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the grounds are kept clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the friendly neighbors. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and public transportation. Parking can sometimes be a challenge during peak hours, and I wish the gym had more equipment, but overall, it's a comfortable and safe place to live. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a good balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience.

At this time I am not very happy. I have yet another neighbor that is lifitng weights over my head at odd times. There is no consideration for neighbors.

Very well kept, updated apartments, well maintained! Highly recommended! Gym is clean and has everything you need for a great workout. The grounds are always mowed and always looks nice!

Quiet community, grounds are kept clean and Work orders are worked promptly. Renovated units are much nicer than the older ones but the area its located in makes up for it

The onboarding process with Jalyn and Gaby was absolutely wonderful and seamless. I've been here for a month now, and it truly feels like home. The apartment interiors are modern and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and stylish living space. The management team is incredibly supportive and quick to resolve any issues, which is a huge plus. The gym center is top-notch and far better than those in other communities I’ve experienced. The greenery throughout the property adds a refreshing and serene atmosphere, making it a joy to live here.

I have only been living here a few days. So far it’s great. It is very quiet here don’t really see people. Maintenance is fast leasing is great. So far so good !

My family and I have lived at the Colonnade at Willow Bend for the past 3 years and we love it. The proximity to which grocery stores, schools, restaurants, entertainment are is amazing! Gaby at the leasing office is amazing and always super helpful! The maintenance staff is also good and quick to respond. This truly is a great place to live.

Everyone has been great but I was recently broken into, no cameras on property or around property, no additional check in other than fixing my door or seeing how they can best help my experience in the future. My neighbors now all have ring cameras including myself. Power was out for over a week with one storm also. There also isn’t any package service. When I first moved in I received an email when my package went to the front office but haven’t since. Packages have sit for weeks without me realizing. Other than that, the place is a great place I would like to renew at if the increase isn’t outlandish.
Just moved in on 7/19/24. My experience has been great overall and GABY IS AMAZING! She is very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my multitude of questions. The leasing process was a bit extensive from experience,however, it was well worth it! I hope to enjoy my time throughout the remainder of my time here. I normally don't give 5 stars but the staff, location, and property are great!! Also, I love that they considered dog owners and added a mini DOG PARK!
Been here for almost 2 years now and haven't had a single issue or problem other than minor tiny maintenance things. Very quiet neighbors and very friendly which is not so easy these days. Gonna be sad to leave soon to get into a house but if I ever need to get another apartment then this is the only place I would consider.
Apartments are not all that I expected of a renovation. Whoever painted left excess paint all over my hardwood floors and even the carpet. Leaky sink no washer on move in all in all I’m not very happy with my experience so far. Was expecting much more for the price.
The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful when I need them for something, and will go out of their way to be accommodating. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I love my apartment and I am always telling others how about how lovely it is!
Been with them for a year now. Timely response, maintenance, clean facilities, safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is courteous. Overall would continue living here
by far the best apartments I have lived in. Very spacious and affordable. Always clean and the leasing office is very nice. The pool area is my favorite.
I have no complaints. The staff addresses my concerns. They do their jobs and come out to my apartment as needed. The outside also is maintained well.
We love it here! The space is great and we love the surrounding neighborhoods, it feels like a great price for what we are getting. We highly recommend moving in.

Still love it here after a year and a half. Maintenance guy is awesome. Had a mishap with my son overflowing the tub while I wasn't home and he called me to assure me everything was ok with apartment and my boys. This is a great community to live in!

Moreover, the dedication of the management and staff to ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable. Any maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the friendly demeanor of the personnel never fails to put a smile on one's face.
Nice place to live and lso great area. I enjoy the peace I have in my apartment. Clean community and maintenance and other staff are always helpful.
I have enjoyed my stay here for over a year now due to the Wonderful views and great employees prompt completions of all maintenance requests.
Couldn't be more happy with where I live. Clean,quiet and never any issues. Only problem is wish they would fix the basketball goal. It's been broke for over a year but no big problem. May just tighten up bolts myself to help
Raymond was my leasing agent and he’s the best I’ve ever had in the last 6 years I’ve been renting. Everyone here from maintenance to office to neighbors are kind, respectful, and knowledgeable! I LOVE the maintenance crew they always make sure to say hi and have small talk when I pass by. I love the gym and pool/hot tub too - so nice that it’s away from other apartments. And the bridge over the creek sold me on this home :)
The Staff is simply friendly, amazing and go out of there way to make you feel at home. My neighbors have all been very friendly and truly make you feel part of the community. I al so happy that I have found such a lovely place I can finally call home.

Colonnade at willowbend is a really nice community… the maintenance and office staff are great! Only thing I would say is sometimes they seem to focus on unnecessary things rather than fixing up the landscape like behind building 6 or finishing painting the buildings
This is a great place to live! I have been here for years and I love it here. The neighbors are neighborly, the neighborhood is quiet, the maintenance shows up in 24 hours.
I absolutely love it here so far! It's very quiet, homey, neighbors are friendly, maintenance is very punctual and everyone in the office is very welcoming and helpful.
We love living at Colonnade and when the time came that we wanted to upsize a bedroom, we were ecstatic that there was availability within the community. The staff at the office are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are quick and responsive to work orders, and are again very friendly. Bugs can be a problem in the summer, office staff is quick to get exterminators in though! Our current unit has really nice hard floors and white painted cabinets. We love the glass cooktop and having a water filter built in the fridge. The kitchens in the units here are one of the big selling points thanks to the quality of the appliances. However the space is really the best part—we struggled to find other apartment complexes with similarly sized apartments at the same price. Our old unit had large closets for plenty of storage and a really nicely sized laundry room. Same story with our new unit. Overall, we definitely recommend.
I like the view from my window. It is nice and quiet. I have not met my neighbors yet, but it is nice to hear silence from above. I like that this a gated community and we have reserved parking. Ice to drive home and find a parking spot close to your door .
Smoke Alarms sounding inexplicably. Maintenance staff immediate and replaced batteries. Unfortunately alarm still sounded. Next day early, replaced the defective device itself. Very efficient.
Each aspect of this complex is amazing. The privacy I feel when entering the complex is perfect. The view of the creek and trails along it are great. I’ve met no one but friendly people around. Parking is never an issue. The AC works great, even with tons of sunlight coming in. The workers truly care about our experience and it shows. I love how the complex tries to include each resident in, whether it’s through free treats or posting ours pets on IG. I can see myself at this complex for a while.

Great place to live. Neighbors are great and have never had an issue in a year. Just renewed my lease for another year because you won't find another apartment complex like here. Staff is always helpful and maintaince is always on point and fast to fix any problem.
Living at these apartments has been frustrating. When renewing our lease, the rent increased by $140 per month. Despite talking to management, they blamed market prices without proper evidence. The amenities are a letdown. The hot tub is always dirty, pool maintenance is lacking, and gym equipment is broken or rusted. They charge more for these subpar facilities. My salary hasn't increased, making it difficult to afford. It feels like they prioritize profits over residents' well-being. Addressing issues with the office has been unproductive. They don't take concerns seriously, and promises of following up go unfulfilled. I can't recommend these apartments for a comfortable and fair living experience. Beware potential renters
I have lived at the community a little over a year. I love the community. It is very beautiful. Neighbors are pretty friendly and my apartment is very nice.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a property management company. Professional, friendly, very informative, and patient. I can't wait to enjoy our new neighborhood with my kiddos.
