Community is very quiet. Very nice up keep. Would definitely recommend to other people. Apartments are very well maintained. The community stays very clean.

This is a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place to live. I've never lived in an apartment complex with such a warm and friendly staff that is so accessible. They really care an address any issue, if any, immediately.

Prior to moving in she gave us a tour and our apartment looks exactly like a replica of the toured apartment i love it the neighborhood is quiet

Quiet, nice location & I feel safe. Not many amenities but it's a decent unit for the price. I've lived here for a total of 5 years & I don't have many complaints

Besides having mice it’s overall a good apartment.. my neighbors are very friendly. They are always putting stuff on or having things going on the complex. The hot hub was broken for a while

Best renting experience. Well kept property. Close to shopping and restraunts. Friendly staff and fast to correct any maintenance issues you may have.

This is a very clean apartment complex ! The management is great with communication. And maintenance request are answered almost IMMEDIATELY .

My resident experience is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming when you enter the office. The front staff is very welcoming. The grounds are very clean and you don't see trash on the lawn or grounds. If you do see some trash and leave its gone when you leave and come back return. They do a great job keeping the area clean.

Been overall a great place to live. Pretty quiet place. Staff has all been kind and polite. Not t mention the location is so close to so much.

I have been rebuilding my life for several years living with friends and family members. Colonial Plaza will be my first home that’s all mine. I love the quiet, friendly environment. The apartment is clean and ready for me to make it my own.

I like the location. It's in walking distance to shopping malls and places located in the community to relax and enjoy the weather. Lots of food and entertainment in the area to enjoy also.

As a new resident, I am very pleased. It's quite, well kept and I have friendly neighbors. I love my apartment, roomy and yet comfy. Plenty parking for residents, and family oriented. I also love that I'm close to several stores and my job.

The community is very well kept and dumpsters are always emptied and not overflowing. The entire property is always kept clean! Very quiet here as well!

It’s quiet and the management and team members of the property are friendly and professional. The previous manager Hilary was amazing and from what I have heard (from team members and ancillary employees) her successor is as well. I would definitely recommend this apt complex to potential renters.

The community here seems to be very nice all the neighbors my family has encountered have been very friendly. The office staff is kind and welcoming and it makes it all the more homey.

Colonial Plaza is my favorite place to live! The area is amazing for my family to take walks. The apartments are off the beaten path but still near every thing you can imagine.

I've been living here since 2022 and I have had no issues. When I put in my maintenance work orders it's taken care of the next day. Property grounds are kept clean. UL Coleman properties are the best

The big windows let in so much natural light, which makes the whole space feel bright and cheerful. We’ve set it up in a way that feels really personal, with little touches that make it our own. The location is super convenient, close to stores and everything we need, yet it’s still quiet enough to relax. We love the vibe of our living room; it’s our go-to spot to relax. The kitchen is small but functional, perfect for quick meals or experimenting with new recipes. It might not be a luxury place, but it’s home, and that’s what matters most to us. It’s a space we truly appreciate.

I like the apartments . The maintenance staff is wonderful. We need more amenities for the price we pay. Basketball court gym one small playground equipment storage units

Very comfortable place to live. Close to work and is quiet for the most part. Everything has been pretty good here at Colonial Plaza apartments.

I really like living here. The staff is awesome! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Fellow tenants are nice. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly. Lots of dog owners, so it's fun to see all the dogs.

It's close to everything on Youree Drive and nice apartments to live in. Office is friendly, and I love going on walks around the apartment. It has plenty of trees and two pools for the summer.

Great & safe place to live. The neighbors are friendly, so many beautiful pets in this community & I’m extremely happy that we have police officers living here.

I just moved in on 10/4 and everything has been great! This complex is very clean and quiet! Hilary was who I spoke with at the beginning and she got promoted and moved to a different property and now we have Miami and she is the sweetest! From the beginning everyone is welcoming and I just love the environment and the officers who have let me in my apartment twice now because I locked myself out have been super nice too! Would recommend this place to anyone!
