COLONIAL PLAZA APARTMENTS

Great place to live! I’ve had a really good experience at Colonial Plaza Apartments. I’ve been living here for the last 5 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive — any issues are handled quickly. The area feels safe and peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciate how close it is to stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. Overall, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to call home. Highly recommend!

I have had a wonderful experience living at Colonial Plaza Apartments. The location is great, and the community is peaceful and quiet. I always feel safe here, which is really important to me. The new front office staff have been very positive and welcoming, making any interaction a pleasure. The apartments are well-maintained, and it's clear the management takes pride in the property. I'm truly happy to call Colonial Plaza home.

It’s been great living at Colonial Plaza! Everyone has been very nice and it’s so easy to talk to Myami, the leasing manager about anything we need! I love it here!

Apartment was clean at move in, staff friendly and accommodating. A good amount of space for a decent price. Good airflow for the AC and lots of closet space throughout apartment. Full-size washer and dryer a big plus for me.

Its really been pretty great! Love that the place is maintained really well and it mostly a quiet place to live in the middle of so much.the pools have been great throughout the summer. I would really like a gym to be added one day.

Modern apartments with great location and amenities. Maintenance can be slow, but overall a comfortable and convenient place to live. Love living here! The pool’s awesome, neighbors are cool, and the staff actually care. Would renew my lease again.

It’s been very welcoming when warming with just moving in. Maintenance does a wonderful job with getting things done in a timely manner. I love it!!

My apartment was very clean when moving in and management has been very helpful! So far mg experience has been great, and any issues I’ve had have been solved quickly.

Nice neighbors. Vertical comfortable apartment complex . It’s quiet and I feel safe . Animal friendly. Office staff very welcoming and made for an easy move in.

My only real issue is the everyday drainage in the 2nd bathroom tub, was told it’s for water drainage but it drains dirt, bugs, and whatever else it picks up from outside. Got a 2 bath for guest but can’t use it because if I go 2 days without cleaning its back covered in dirt, bugs, and etc.

Living here is great!!! This is my second time at this property. I shouldn’t have left in the first place. Staff is great. Maintenance is always on top of things. Great community.

Reasonable rent prices with much more space than a lot of other apartment complexes. The complex is generally quiet throughout the day, which I value since I work night shift.

I have had a great experience with living here since 2023. The grounds are kept up, the pool is available when it should be, and you don't have to worry about roaches and rats. It is very quiet and comfortable here.

This is a very quiet and peaceful community. Neighbors are pleasant and friendly. Even with shared parking, it is accessible. The kids and I just love it here!

Awesome aminities. Love the washer and dryer. Super cute location. Amazing with pets! Maintenance is always good and FAST. No crazy land lord stuff like overcharging or painting over stuff or letting stuff get horrible before fixing it. Best apartment i’ve ever lived in hands down.

This is a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place to live. I've never lived in an apartment complex with such a warm and friendly staff that is so accessible. They really care an address any issue, if any, immediately.

Prior to moving in she gave us a tour and our apartment looks exactly like a replica of the toured apartment i love it the neighborhood is quiet

Quiet, nice location & I feel safe. Not many amenities but it's a decent unit for the price. I've lived here for a total of 5 years & I don't have many complaints

Besides having mice it’s overall a good apartment.. my neighbors are very friendly. They are always putting stuff on or having things going on the complex. The hot hub was broken for a while

My resident experience is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming when you enter the office. The front staff is very welcoming. The grounds are very clean and you don't see trash on the lawn or grounds. If you do see some trash and leave its gone when you leave and come back return. They do a great job keeping the area clean.

Been overall a great place to live. Pretty quiet place. Staff has all been kind and polite. Not t mention the location is so close to so much.

I have been rebuilding my life for several years living with friends and family members. Colonial Plaza will be my first home that’s all mine. I love the quiet, friendly environment. The apartment is clean and ready for me to make it my own.

I like the location. It's in walking distance to shopping malls and places located in the community to relax and enjoy the weather. Lots of food and entertainment in the area to enjoy also.

As a new resident, I am very pleased. It's quite, well kept and I have friendly neighbors. I love my apartment, roomy and yet comfy. Plenty parking for residents, and family oriented. I also love that I'm close to several stores and my job.

The community is very well kept and dumpsters are always emptied and not overflowing. The entire property is always kept clean! Very quiet here as well!

It’s quiet and the management and team members of the property are friendly and professional. The previous manager Hilary was amazing and from what I have heard (from team members and ancillary employees) her successor is as well. I would definitely recommend this apt complex to potential renters.

The community here seems to be very nice all the neighbors my family has encountered have been very friendly. The office staff is kind and welcoming and it makes it all the more homey.
