Wedged between Big Walnut Park and the Outerbelt, Pine Hills provides both natural beauty and easy access to Downtown Columbus, just eight miles west. John Glenn Columbus International Airport is only six miles north, but you'd never know it in Pine Hills -- this tree-filled neighborhood provides a quiet oasis in the heart of the city. A variety of businesses are located just outside of Pine Hills, especially along I-70 and I-270. Head east on Livingston Avenue to discover shops and restaurants, including the Heritage Square Antique Mall.

Property Ratings at Colonial Park Townhomes
I had been charged 300$ ( 250$+50$ ) and then offered a unit that no one with common sense would accept. It was far below any acceptable standards and well above the worst I could have imagined.
Whatever you do. Do not rent from these apartments. I’ve lived here for two years before this company took over and it’s been horrible. I am currently living in mold & a hole in my kitchen for going on 2 months now. I can’t wait to move out!

Moved in on a Thursday and was out by Monday afternoon. They moved me into a roach infested home. The roaches were coming out the back of the refrigerator. I wouldn't recommend a lot of other people said they had roaches as well even a leasing agent that lived there. DONT DO IT!!!!!!

Very unprofessional, units falling apart and maintenance takes forever to fix anything then does it incorrectly. Had many problems with old management but things were much better with them. New management doesn't seem to care about getting things fixed in occupied units only wanting empty units filled. Along with sending out many complaints an changing community rules. Can't wait to move out, would not recommend these townhomes to anyone.
