Property Ratings at MAA Liberty Park
I stayed there for several years, and the lease was signed a long time ago. Although there was a 60-day moving out notice rule in the lease, I didn't recall it at all. When the 60-day period before the end of my lease approached, I hadn't made a final decision, so I visited their office to discuss my plans. However, they never mentioned the 60-day notice requirement during our conversation. Despite this, they charged me thousands of dollars after I moved out.

Very satisfactory. All staff personnel very cooperative and eager to help with questions and requests. I am in wheelchair and Griffin was helpful with getting an entrance ramp built near the sidewalk to my apartment. I appreciated that very much.

It has been a great experience with professional and courteous office staff. All work orders have been resolved mostly same or next day.
The leasing office is extremely responsive, caring and kind. This is a very quiet community and we feel safe living here.
I have resided at this property for almost 4 years. The unit itself is well constructed and well kept. Maintenance is prompt and efficient for the most part. Parking is overcrowded and presents frustrations when residents are permitted to store their work vehicles here, there is no assigned parking and visitors are not monitored. Amenities are decent and generally kept clean. I work out regularly in the Fitness Center and my family enjoys the pool frequently. Use of the grills and outdoor kitchen is hit or miss, as there are not an adequate number of appliances for weekend use by residents and reservations are not permitted. The charcoal grill in the outdoor kitchen has been broken since 2016. Use of the amenities by non residents is an ongoing concern as amenity bracelets are not checked. I would prefer that the gates be reactivated with card access only.

I have absolutely loved living here for almost 2 years. It is perfect for me and my little fur baby. It is great to be about 2 miles from work.
I was hesitant about moving into an apartment complex of house living for the past ten years. With two kids, a massive amount of furniture, and a goldfish, the prospect of generic kitchens, brown carpet and loud neighbors was the last thing I wanted to come home to. When I pulled into the entrance of the complex, I was in absolute amazement of the flowers and trees that surround the buildings. It was picture perfect. Putting greens, a large pool, playground and state of the art gym hugged the outskirts of the office. The apartment itself was clean, airy, large and not at all what I lived in through my twenties. The staff has been incredible as well! I couldn't have asked for a better place to live with my family!
