About Colonial Estates

We have 2 floor plans to choose from! This is a great apartment. Large, open dine-in kitchen with plenty of room for a kitchen table. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a ceiling fan. There is a large hall closet for storage. The bedrooms have nice closets. There are blinds on all the windows. Fridge and stove provided. There is also a large back porch off the kitchen. Coin operated laundry located on the bottom floor of every building. The outsides of the buildings were recently painted as well as new roofs! Only 6 units in each building! Management pays for trash, tenants are responsible for Electric, gas & water. However, we do have a couple options for utilities! Please ask us for more details! Ask us about our storage units! Only $20 extra per month! We are PET FRIENDLY! Ask us for details. 24 Hour emergency maintenance, local management 1 mile away. A deposit equal to the rent is required. Online Applications and leases available as well as paying by direct allotment or ACH payments via E-check or credit/debit cards.
