The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Colonial Court
I have lived here for over a year now. It's clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Glad I ended up here.
I actually found this apartment on this website. The apartments are a decent size, I have a one bedroom. It is very quiet in this neighborhood and everyone is really nice and helpful. I will definitely be renewing my lease. When there are problems, they are fixed promptly. The laundry room is a bonus and it’s really cheap to do laundry. There are no bugs, except for the occasional fly or spider. They allow a variety of pets that are kept in cages or aquariums as long as you keep the smell down, which is a bonus because I love animals and have a couple different kinds. I did not have to re-home any of them. The area around the apartment is also quiet and is very close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and recreational facilities.
it is a nice neighborhood to live in great for children and staff are nice
Every time I am in need of office assistance or building maintenance, I receive it in an exceptional way! Also, they are very punctual in notifying me of anything going on in the complex.
