The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at COLLINS JUNCTION
Oh my goodness!! I am SO glad I didn't actually apply or move into Collins Junction!! They stole my money of course, but at least it was only $45 and I AM getting it back! The staff has no knowledge and no accountability for their actions. At first I was told I couldn't write a check for the application fee, then I was told I could. Then I was told I needed to confirm my SS number (VM). I called back and told them I wanted to see the unit before I confirmed, but wouldn't make it that evening. Would they hold my check so I could see it again before applying. "Yes". Nope - deposited my check immediately then told me it was non-refundable. "What?! Non-refundable for what? You told me you would hold it." "Oh, she didn't know what she was talking about. It's non-refundable. You put a hold on the apartment". No I didn't! Not my problem, definitely their problem. They WILL refund my money, one way or another. RUN AWAY!!
This place is a JOKE. The "Manger" and "Management staff" do not exist. No idea how this place is rated so high when the other reviews are also negative. The current manager and the management team is completely unqualified and uninterested in their jobs. They simply collect the rent and nothing else. If you have maintenance issues, noisy neighbors, etc., you’re only your own. If you’re in a recently renovated unit, your pipes might not leak brown/yellow water or 8 legged visitors. For the rest of us in older units, we’re at the mercy of our neighbors to not be stupid. It took 2mo for a fridge door to be replaced, 4wk to get a lightbulb replaced because my upstairs neighbor left their sink running and it burned out the light socket below. Note, we were told a follow-up inspection would be done for additional damage but after at least 15 messages/inquiries to the manager, no one ever followed up. Now, we have a soft/mushy wall and ants. Surprise! Petty crime is common - the bank of mailboxes has been ripped into once, resulting in unsecured mailboxes, vehicle prowling/vandalism is all but expected. My car has been rummaged through twice, my boyfriend’s bike was stolen right off the porch (snipped bike lock and all). While completely neglecting their responsibilities and declining to do bare minimum in regards to maintenance issues, crime, vandalism, etc., management has no problem adding random required amenities and slapping an extra $25 on our rent. Note, these fees don't get waived if, say, the amenity isn’t available. For example, the garbage compactor was broken for a good month (which has happened, in shorter durations at least 3x since I moved in, resulting in mountains of garbage around the complex). If you want to reach out to corporate, good luck. There is exactly ONE way to reach out to corporate (using their “contact us” message portal) – you will receive an acknowledgment from their system but that is a no-reply@ system and that’s it. No way to follow up, no way to reach out to a specific person. I have sent three emails to date using the corporate office’s system and have only rec’d an acknowledgment.
I wrote a review before but I do need to write another review because I feel like I have to pay fees for services that I don’t use. Trash service is $25/month is ridiculous. I live alone and don’t cook so I don’t have much of garbage...what I meant here is they need to let tenants choose if they want to use the valet garage service or not instead of forcing them to use. For water (utilities)charges they charge are charging me more than what i paid when I was living at a single house family. Be prepared you will have to pay for others, not just for you. I was on vacation (out of town) for 3 weeks but my utilities bill was higher than previous month which is crazy. I tried to get some clarification on how thy calculated the utilities fee and the management couldn’t answer...they tried to avoid my inquiry. The unit is very small and old. Basically if you pick your place by location then go with this apartment, otherwise, AVOID
This community was the absolute worse apartment complex that I have ever stayed in. They have a no smoking policy but never enforced it. Cigarette smoke was constantly coming into my apartment from my neighbors. Also they're charging me over 400 dollars for move out fees for simple wear and tear (ie cleaning). There was no damage, I cleaned the apartment before I moved out and they still want to charge me an insane amount of money for something they legally have to do between tenants. Stay away from this complex at all cost!
Poor maintenance, broken pipes, broken interior a total mess.
