The staff is very friendly, the location of the apartments is very convenient. It's pet-friendly, and the area is beautiful. I like living here.
My experience so far is going Great. Good landlord. And I haven’t had any problems so far. I’m just now moving in and the Johnathan at the front desk has been such a huge help with the move in process.

I'm about to move to this place soon and when I went to the office for information, Jonathan was the kindest and most polite person to assist me and answered all my questions. He was patient with me. The place looks quiet. I haven't been able to see the apartment yet, for some reason. I hope it's a quiet and comfortable place to live. The staff is really nice, however there have been work orders put in regarding a broken sliding glass door that will not latch. Maintenance has attempted to fix the door, but it's only ever been a temporary fix. I really wish more attention to detail would be implemented on the matter. Despite this issue, I do love the apartments. We'll be moving to another building next month and can't wait!

We've been here less than two weeks, but so far we love it. There are 2 pools, 2 playgrounds, a dog park, and a work out facility, so my whole family feels included. I did notice a bug problem, they sent pest control right out the following Monday, and I have my handy dandy bug spray. Over all, we're doing okay.

Everything has been mostly great. I'm grateful for a place to live. I like my neighbors, the location is perfect, but unnecessary fees are killing me. Pool was closed almost all summer and the non residents fill up the trash bins. They're constantly overflowing with construction items or large furniture. Residents don't pick up after their large dog waste in bark park. Maintenance crew and office staff are nice. Other than that it's been good.

It's been not good to say the least. The apartment falls apart every week, the washer and dryer units were out for over a year, when staff is asked to do something they forget and it's never brought up again. Like me asking for my dog to be added to the lease and they never did it and it's been 3 months. I'm not even gonna anymore cause I'm not renewing this lease

For the most part it’s a safe and good environment to live at. The maintenance men are not great, at first they were really good but after awhile it’s been different men and they don’t respond to maintenance issues at all. Also the soccer field is the worse because people come play who don’t live here and there so loud.

I lived for about a 1 year , Great location with nearby stores and eating places. Very friendly neighbor and Office Manager's is very quick too response to an work order.
The staff was excellent. The property and clean, worry and we'll maintained. service orders are handled very quickly and they use a app to do it which is very useful. I highly recommend living here.

Management does not care about their residents. They just placed a new soccer court on the property which has become a magnet for strange people in large groups of 20-30 people. They hold games on the property and take up our parking, denying residents and their children the use of the court. Plano police has been call endlessly regarding complaints. The officers directly stated the management for this property does not care and will not do anything about it. There’s nothing they can do about it. They have advised management repeatedly.
I have been here for 19 months. Service has been great and the staff very professional. It is quiet at night and other tenants have been very friendly. I have a two bedroom and one bath 970 sq ft. Unit Including storage with 3 closets. Electric is average 80 bucks a month year round. I consider this place great since i use the chisholm trail park regularly.
