College Towers is a community of Studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms. It is located right next to Kent State University, and within walking distance to classes and the Campus Loop bus line. On-site facilities really make College Towers a convenient place to live. We have two laundry facilities in each building, with six washers and dryers in each. The laundry machines are Smart-card operated, so saving up quarters for laundry is a thing of the past. We also offer a fitness center, which includes 2 treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bike machine, 2 multipurpose weight lifting machines, and free weights. Another amenity is our indoor heated pool, which is open all year long and is the LARGEST pool in Kent. It has an outdoor patio with lounge chairs, so summer tanning is only a few steps away! We offer a Community Lounge with comfy couches, a big-screen TV, and a brand new pool table & foosball table! Plus, we have a state-of-the-art movie theater for you to invite all of your friends over for weekly movie nights! College Towers also has 24 hour maintenance available.
