Ran by a slum lord
My wife, one year old and roommate have been living here for about a year and a half. During this time, we've noticed that maintenance is rarely called in to fix any sort of issue. When they are called, it's several months after they are needed and they hardly do their job. The trees are overgrown, have parasites living in them and they refuse to cut them. Our across building neighbors have moved out due to their roof leaking for the past several years, with no attempt to by the owner to have it fixed. Every vacant room is beyond destroyed and they are constantly being broken into by homeless people. Cars are broken into almost every week, mine being broken into 4 times and stolen within less than a month. The company refuses to take any security measures farther than the one security officer that is only there for a few hours, whom I haven't seen in at least a couple of months. I DO NOT recommend.
