For a similar price to that of comparably size apartments the value here seems quite good. You get many extra "luxuries" vs an apartment such as only sharing one wall vs two or more in an apartment, a small yard, and a more home-y vibe.

My first impression of this place wasn't the best, but after living here for nearly 6 mo. my opinion has improved. I will chalk it up to a newly built complex, working out the kinks, and it was a TX summer when I moved in. 5 stars to the staff! They're ready and willing to help w/any concerns. Often, they're building up the community w/events. And as new as it is, I feel like they're doing what they can to make it feel like home. - They have several amenities & services to offer residents. Location is well-situated. Big complex dog park available. Cons: The builder did a cheap job (not staff's fault); there are other places in the same price range that offered better quality and design. However, I've been making it home despite the builder's shortcuts. My yard always has stagnant water ponding, and the dog park doesn't drain well either. I hope to see the community improving and flourishing into the new year. Keep up the strong work maintenance & clubhouse team!

Beautiful homes, all the amenities you could imagine, friendly staff and neighbors with plenty to do in surrounding areas. All the restaurants and activities in around are fairly easy to get to and minutes away for a quick trip out to grab dinner.

Been here a little over two months and have enjoyed every second! Staff and maintenance are very friendly and accommodating! My little dachshund loves having a backyard! Also love how close we are to all the major cities!

Our experience here at our new townhome community has been amazing. It’s been a nice change of pace compared to living in downtown Fort Worth.
