      Vancouver's Landover-Sharmel neighborhood blends the Landover Hills, Sharmel Heights and Four Seasons subdivisions to create a community of predominately single-family homes with some apartment buildings and limited commercial activity.       Improvements have been made

      I moved in when it was still cascade woods. I can say that I’m pleasantly surprised with the new owners and the improvements they have made. Parking has been improved with marked spots, gym is up and running for residents, and the upkeep on the yards has improved and done on a schedule. The office staff has always been kind and accommodating to my family. When I have an issue, maintenance has been quick to respond (within 24 hours). My kids enjoy both of the play yards we have and being close to the schools. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a smaller quieter family environment.
