Property Ratings at Cobblestone Square Apartments
This place is great. The buildings are a bit dated, but you get a lot of space including storage in each apartment, and the pool is awesome in the summer! The company that owns Cobblestone Square, JJS is great to work with. We've lived here for two years and have very few complaints. It's a quiet area aside from traffic, and we enjoy all the outdoor space. The people who live here are generally friendly in passing and everyone kind of keeps to themselves. It's a good place to live.
A little old but perfect place with washer dryers in unit and most of the utilities paid off. Never spoken to or had a problem with management for the entire 1 year I've been living here
This property and management deserves and A ! I couldn't imagine being in another location when the area is well maintained and the staff is always helpful and available! Most of the other property's don't have a pool or a grill area, but this building has them! You can walk out your patio door to an open courtyard with an awesome people surrounded by friendly neighbors! This apartment has changed my life completely in a positive way with it's reasonable pricing and the feeling of actually "Being at home".
I have the two bedroom two bath floorplan and for the price it is great! The building is well kept. I have yet to submit a maintenance request. There is plenty of parking, and despite being next to a major roadway the place is quite quiet. Overall very happy with the apartment and staff.
New to this complex but plesantly surprised. Huge two bedroom 2 1/2 bath, washer & dryer!! So happy with the location and having a pooll!! A little dated, but overall, quite nice!
