Just 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville, Inglewood sits along Gallatin Pike and is bounded to the east by the Cumberland River. The neighborhood is anchored by the Tanglewood Historic District, a collection of cabins and log houses dating back more than 200 years. There are local coffee shops, Chinese restaurants, and barbecue spots along the pike, and a few big-box stores farther north near Highway 31. There are moderately priced apartments and a few single-story homes dating back to the 1960s and 70s available for rent in Inglewood. Downtown Nashville is just seven miles or a 15-minute drive across the river via the highway. Families love the area for its top-notch schools too and its proximity to Music Valley.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cobblestone Corners
The landlord is rude and very nit picky. I’ve lived here for two years going on three and since then, two cars have been blown up/ lit on fire, someone has been killed, there have been shootings, multiple busted car windows and break ins. If I had kids I wouldn’t let them play outside around here. And with all this going on there is no lighting for the apartments facing the trees. The pool is nasty. The dumpsters have also been lit on fire multiple times. There is always something going on in these apartments.
I can't understand all the negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the complex in general. As far as rent goes, I have had to pay the maximum scale price all along, but it is by far the best value for the money as compared to other places here in Nashville. The section that I live in is kept clean and it is peaceful there. Any maintenance issues I have had have been resolved quickly and satisfactory. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a clean, quiet, and safe environment in which to live. This review was unsolicited and I am a grateful resident of Cobblestone. Thanks Staff
This is the worst place to do business. The office manager Marcia is so unethical and unprofessional. She will give you wrong information and will keep taking your application money. Needless to say I got approved twice but never even got to claim an apartment. Due to misguided information and she will strong arm you . I asked for the corporate number to speak with someone regarding my concern. And she has refused to do so.
My apartment is ver spacious. I love it and the atmosphere. I have an upstairs down stairs with a beautiful island in my kitchen. Close to down towwn and a safe community.
Cobblestone Apartments are not the best place to live in. Now dont get it wrong there are worser places. But the office manager has the worse communication skills ever. She is very rude and can be disrespectful at times. Every year they go up on the rent stating they have to go up bc of the location and others in the area are going up. But these apartments are not worth what they are trying to charge, plus they still taking section 8 and charging those who works these ridiculous high rent. There is no landscaping, there is no lighting for the apartments located in the back by the trees. Which can be dangerous. They stop taking money orders for payment and making residents pay by western union which costs extra to use when money orders were free and if u pay by card on the website its a fee. I gave it 3 stars based on the fact that its close to my girls school and to the grocery stores and i can easily hop on the interstate to get to work.
I'm trying to move because these people won't fix anything and they are bug infested and I have small children plus they won't even give us the number to the corporate office I really hope God do sumthhing about these people and I win the contest its been stressful
