Area is very clean ,and you can easily get access to anything you need like food items. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

If you are looking for a place to live in myrtle beach this is the one. Coastal exchange is close to the beach and in an extremely nice community. The staff and residents are friendly and I love calling coastal exchange home.

I really enjoy living here, the complex is well-kept, peaceful, and has everything I need close by!

My experience working with Brooke and Allison have been exceptional. Both women were amazing and patient with me as I navigated through the renting process. They truly are an asset to your organization. Appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was well informed and taken care of.

I moved here 3 (almost 4) years ago and moved to a one bedroom. I fell in love with the community. So when my lease expired I was thinking about moving a little closer to the beach but was offered a nice new package. Do I moved to a pool facing condo with two bedrooms and a beautiful balcony. I love it. So much more room.

Coastal Exchange is a beautiful and safe condo community to live in. I’ve been here 2 years and love it. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom facing the pool and couldn’t be happier. Living here at Coastal Exchange was the best decision that I have ever made. We truly are a community of family. The staff is beyond amazing, the grounds, the close proximity to everything Myrtle Beach, the cleanliness, just everything is above what anyone can say. The staff even takes the time to plan monthly activities, fun activities that all ages can enjoy. These people care about you and that is what makes all the difference in the world.

The front desk staff and maintenance team at Coastal Exchange are the best of the best and we are so happy to live in such a great community.

I’ve lived here so far for a week and I must say that so far I’m loving it! My washer and dryer had a cord missing, I made one call and it was fixed the same day! I love the commitment of this community to get things done and keep their residents happy! This is by far the best community I lived in so far!

I like it here so far, the appartments are spacious and very nice I just that the hallways would get wash a bit especially it's summer and everyone is extremely nice.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I cannot stress how much of a hiccup living in this place has been for us. The staff have absolutely NO idea what they are talking about, they are the most uninformed people I have ever worked with. I don't even know where to start, but I would highly encourage everyone to stay away. Don't let their constant cash towards rent bonus trick you into signing a lease here. "Amenities" are an absolute mess, you need a key fob to do literally anything around here including to pick up your mail, and they were out of key fobs for the entire first month of us living here. I was told several times to come back on a certain day to get the fob because a new shipment would arrive, which never did. Maybe it did but was buried under the package mountain. I appears not many people have key fobs because all packages are delivered to said mail room (not to your doorstep) and there is constantly a literal mountain of packages in there. Not to mention the pool doors have been locked shut every time we've gone to use it. They sure do their best to get you to sign a lease as soon as possible. We were initially looking into moving in in May, but they were able to convince us to sign a lease starting in April so that we could get the $2500 "concession" payment, ensuring us that it would cover that first month of us not living there and it would pour over to the second month. I was hesitant, but reluctantly agreed to it as I was told the promotion would end by the end of the month and there wouldn't be another one. Sure enough there was a $3000 concession offer to move in in May, should have waited. Apparently no one here has ever had to get out of a lease early, because everything we were told by the desk ladies was inaccurate with how the process works. It will cost literal THOUSANDS of dollars more than what we were explicitly told in person, only to be informed with the real information by letter. They also told us we could try to sell the remainder of the lease ourselves, so we posted it online. We got several interested people, but Coastal Exchange had relisted our apartment for $300 more than we currently pay for rent, and for a different lease term. So everybody who was interested now thinks were lying and trying to trick them into a lease. Its all an absolute mess. They want to keep our deposit and "concession" even though there is nothing stated in the lease agreement that would suggest that they can do that.

We love living here at coastal exchange. The floor plans are perfect for us and being close to everything is perfect.

Lauren made it very easy for me to take care of everything. I called just to see how the availability was she got me in right away to see the unit I was interested in. The moment I stepped foot onto the property I knew it was for me. They made everything very simple from there and worked with me and my roomate efficiently. I would 100% recommend coastal exchange!

I was moving from out-of-state for a 9-month seasonal job and was set up by my company with a roommate who was also moving in from out-of-state. Since neither of us could tour, Allison gave us a nice deal on a move-in special. The roommate, who I'd never met before, ended up getting his app denied 2 weeks from our move-in date, leaving me without a roommate and a lot of questions to answer in the next week and a half until I moved halfway across the country. Allison empathized with this and did me a few huge favors to make that process easier like keeping the move-in special we would have had even though I'd be moving into a different floor plan and moving in alone, and she also adjusted my lease end date to best fit my seasonal job I was moving into the area for. We ran into a few snags in the application process when my app got lost in the system along with a couple other minor issues (which I was led to believe was a system error), but I never ended up having to pay any more than I should, got moved-in on time, and have been overall very pleased with the move-in process, and very appreciative of Allison working with my hectic situation to make my move-in as easy as possible. So far, would recommend!

Beautiful pool and outdoor amenities! I've never heard a peep from next door neighbors through the walls, and they swear their dog barks! I don't believe them. Very friendly staff. It is a nice, clean, refreshing complex that you don't get lost in.

Allison took her time working with me and helped me narrow down the options to something that met my needs and my budget. I was so happy with the experience and her local knowledge of Myrtle Beach. You'll feel right at home.

Costal Exchange is a beautiful and quiet community with very nice amenities. It is located in one of the best most desirable locations in Myrtle Beach. The office staff is responsive and quick to answer questions. However, be sure you understand the lease terms, additional monthly fees, and express the importance of a clean, maintenance free apartment upon move in, if that is important to you.

These apartments are bigger than anything else i toured in Myrtle Beach. And they are new! The staff and neighbors also seem nice. Pretty pool and a nice pet spa.

These floorplans are much larger than any of the other apartments I toured in Myrtle Beach! Brand new too. Seems like nice staff and neighbors.
