horrible place cops here all the time living with no ac in the summer months and no heater in winter no fence for privacy management rude and maintenance won't fix anything also there are bugs here. I suggest other apartments than this place.

Management is very poor. Lazy, rude, & unprofessional at its finest! They don’t care about their tenants just our paychecks. They take weeks to take care of anything and weeks to just come and look at any damages or problems. Parking is horrible, cars are always getting broken into. The place is crawling with cockroaches and termites eating up the buildings. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy..

I am writing this in hopes it will warn anyone who plans or even considers coming to live here. Unfortunately I am unable to give it NO stars, but this will have to do. I would like to start off with the fact that the management here are VERY lazy, rude, & disrespectful. Very little to nothing is ever done when you put a work order in.. Not to mention the entire complex is filled with termites & roaches! Everywhere, even during your first walkthrough of the place and when you first move in. No matter how much you try to rid of them, how many times you bomb the place, spray.. they continue to come back. It’s a never ending nightmare. The parking is HORRIFIC unless you pay for a parking spot or a garage, but I must inform you that there is a waiting list for that which can take up months, even up to a year. I’ve been here for 2 years & have yet to receive one myself even when they told me they were ready for me, no keys have been given to me. If there’s no parking inside, your only choice is to park outside and majority of the times you do, you have to walk blocks just to get home. There are numerous cases of cars being broken into, drug addicts walking up & down these streets just waiting for the perfect opportunity to break into your cars to steal whatever they can. My family and friend’s cars have been broken into, hit, & stolen from. I am currently counting down the clock vigorously into leaving this place they claim “luxury”. There is nothing luxurious about this place ... please take some time to think about this, I feel much sorrow for those who are having trouble leaving.

The reps in the office are rude. The apartments are dirty. Roaches on the inside and outside of your apartment. They have loiterers living in the garage. Parking is horrible. I personally went over my move out cost with the manager and once it was time to give me my deposit they kept stating they mailed it. That was June 2018 and as of today I still have not received the remaining balance of my deposit. Did I mention the roaches and terrible parking.

Pros- Rent is reasonable Fitness facility Cons- RUDE women that work in the office Shortage of maintenance workers and they are over worked so on average it takes about 3-4 months for anything to get LOOKED at Parking is horrible if you do not rent a garage or parking space Loud neighbors Always hear the gardener but the landscape is brown lol Trash all over The pools are only open when the women in the office wants them to be open. The front gates are always broke. Break Ins My car was vandalized And BEWARE! Those model apartments they show you are NOTHING like the apartment you will get. I made the stupid mistake of getting my keys before I even saw the apartment I leased...never will that happen again! I was bamboozled. Lol they said I didn't have to take it but hello, I moved out of my other spot and all my stuff was in the u-haul was I got my keys. So everyone take a lesson from me and always see your unit that u will live in first. Don't let them ONLY show u the model. I'd stay clear of club Royale. It's all nice and fancy until u move in and need things fixed lol. There...you have the pros and cons. Choose where you lay your head very wisely.

I just moved in here about two months ago and we have had cold water in our showers since we moved in, we complain to the front desk but they just put it in their computer and the maintenance guys take a week to come check anything. They come check the water heater which is broken and just fasten something that is loose and the water gets cold again after a half hour. Paints falling off of the walls, parking is horrible, my downstairs neighbors told me someone fell through the balcony floor before, pool is never in service, front gates busted, cockroaches are a big problem, they took a month to give us our mail keys. You should only move in if you have patience for rude front desk women, patience for any maintenance problems because it will not get fixed right away, or if you're hopeful that your apartment will not have any maintenance problems and won't have to deal with the maintenece guys. Good luck with that. I know the apartments are cheap because of the low rent but they really take advantage of people who don't have a lot of options and don't care for the problems with the apartments.

We moved into our apt in march and we have no major poblems. Neighbors are friendly, maitenence is available 24/7. Rent is very reasonable.

Good place to live if you're looking for something asap. I wouldn't choose to live here again. It's kind of loud sometimes, there's been a few fights that broke out. Technicians are slow to respond to problems in your apartment. There's hardly ever any parking. But it is very affordable and the front desk ladies are very nice.
