Cloverdale Estates

this apartment is HORRIBLE i stayed here for a while and they had roaches , maintenance never came when need , management never answers the phone and also there is no leasing office !!!

we have lived here for almost 3-4 months and already had red flags moving in, i would not RECOMMEND, also our car got broken into here and nothing was done and dont even have working cameras

I’ve been living here for 3 months it’s very quiet and the apartments are newly renovated I love the playground on the site my niece has so much fun playing out there

It’s very quiet. I needed something fix and they came right on and fixed the problem. So far so good

Very quiet area and great living conditions and management staff is very understanding

I am a resident of Cloverdale estates and I have been there almost 2 months and so far everything is fine it’s a quite complex I’m comfortable there it’s my first apartment but everything is good so far except the rent but hey that’s fine to Santonya and tanayasia

Employees were nice and friendly. Owner is very hands on. Nice apartments to live in

I came across these apartments in my search. It appears there are some newly renovated units that are pretty nice and the price is affordable. I'm glad I gave them a look. So far everything has been great!

The apartment was initially ok, I did the check list for things that needed to be done, and here I am in a second lease and new owner and still nothing. They are raising the rent and not maintaining these homes for what they want you to pay. Air conditioner has been malfunctioning for over a month, they brought some rinky dink thing to put in the window instead of fixing the air. It’s over 80 inside my apartment. Oh, and they don’t like to return phone calls but expect rent paid on time

This was my first apartment and I’m soo glad I got to stay here for about 18mo. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood so I could study for classes. I felt safe living here as a single young lady and often ran around the neighborhood. The apartment manager was nice and maintenance was pretty timely and efficient. It was close to downtown which was great since I was in school. You do not have to go far if you want something: downtown, library, hair store, restaurants, abc store, fresh fish market. They are all within a few minutes of each other. I was a college student just trying to make it, I would stay here again.
