I just signed a lease and worked with Austin! He has been so responsive and helpful through the whole process with my questions. I am planning an out of state move and will be living at Cliffside. There is a lot of planning involvement and he has been extremely flexible and fair through the whole process. Can’t wait to move in!
I met with Austin to look at a place while I was waiting for paperwork to come through for my business in film/tv. He was on time, gave me a full tour of the property that wasn't rushed, and took the time to go over everything with me. What resulted was months of peace, quiet, and stability. The property itself a dependable, no jankity taped pipes or hidden pitfalls. I enjoyed every day until my move-out date, and it was bittersweet to have to let go of a gem of a find. Please, seriously consider this property for your long term. The 2bd's are choice quality. Thanks Austin, thanks Cliffside.
My fiancé and I lived here for almost 4 years and we’re very sad to leave! We never had any serious issues during our time living here. It’s so convenient and close to get in and out of the city, which is what I will miss the most. We just needed a bigger space, and we wanted to be able to have pets and amenities. I would have stayed longer if we didn’t outgrow the space. Highly recommend!
I loved living at Cliffside, my apartment had an incredible view and the manager Austin was more than accommodating! I would still be there if I didn't have to move for my career.

Cliffside Mnr. is a nice and quiet complex. They have great leasing terms, and affordable pricing. It's close enough to the city and I-79 that you can get just about anywhere in 20 minutes. Enjoyed my time there.
It is rare that you find an apartment where you don't need to compromise. This is an amazing apartment complex! Maintenance is fast and reliable, management is caring and easy to work with, the area is very well kept, the walls are NOT paper-thin like most places I have stayed, it is a quiet area. Overall love the place!
Highly recommend this place. Very clean, nice, well maintained apartments. The manager and the maintenance team are very helpful, responds immediately to any problem. Not many places offer short term leases in pittsburgh. They do month to month. Its very close to highway, another plus. Overall, Excellent place.
We lived recently for nearly six months...Very well maintained apartment, economical and is easy to get on to the highway or the stores in few minutes...The maintenance folks were also prompt whenever we needed some help. Highly recommended.
I lived here for 5 years. The only reason I moved was for a new job, but I dont have a single complaint about my time here. The complex is in a nice, quiet place right along the ohio river. Being just off route 65 makes it very quick and easy to get to the downtown area and only a skip away from 79 or 279. The management and maintenance are very friendly and considerate they are also very responsive and quick on repairs and requests. The apartment itself is very nice with a/c and heat in unit and laundry just down a hallway or 2. I believe all apartments have a deck or patio. I truly enjoyed my time living in this little hilltop gem. Big Thanks to Austin and the grounds crew for keeping the quality of this home nice and clean and making me feel like a valued tenant here.
I lived here for 5 years and if it weren't for an incredible job opportunity on the other side of the country, I would have chosen to stay here as long as I could. The apartments are incredibly spacious, many offer a beautiful view of the Ohio River. The apartment complex itself is situated above Route-65 which allows quick access to the city, the airport, a plethora of local eateries and even a large shopping center. This complex stands apart from others due to the fact that even though it is secreted away on a hilltop it allows access to a major transportation artery of Pittsburgh. The landlord, Austin, is incredibly kind and fair when it comes to his properties, ensuring that each tenant's needs are met and that they are matched with an apartment that they can soon call home. He is quick to respond on any and all maintenance issues while being as minimally intrusive as possible, making arrangements around the tenant's schedule. 5 stars for the development group and the staff they've hired to manage this wonderful little gem hidden away in Pittsburgh's smaller boroughs.
GREAT PRICE and term options, I loved the fact that it’s up on the hill and quiet, there is a train nearby but after 1 week you won’t even notice it. Austin the property manager is also very nice and quick to response. This place is also very clean and well maintain, I lived here for a year and has ZERO problems. All in all I would 100% move back here.
Cliffside was a great place to stay while i was working in Pittsburgh for a few months. They offer short term leases that worked perfectly for me. It is conveniently located to downtown with and easy commute down 65. Austin the property manager was great to deal with and I would recommend Cliffside to anyone.
The unit I rented had brand new carpet, fresh paint and a brand new furnace. The staff right from the first phone call was helpful and flexible. I was able to view the unit on a Saturday morning and had the online application completed that day! The lease was also signed online a few days later. They offered a great move in special and even helped with moving some things in for us! The lease terms were prorated for when we moved in and we received the full deposit back when we moved out! We have referred a few others to Cliffside Manor!
Right from the start Cliffside Manor's staff was friendly and very flexible offering evenings and weekend appointments to see the units they had available. They offered short term leases and month to month options which was incredibly accommodating. They showed me the exact unit I was going to get and it even offered an incredible view of the Ohio River! The online application and lease signing made the process very easy and quick! They also offer great discounts for my company and I heard others in the area! This is a hidden gem in Pittsburgh! I plan to return for a short stay and will be contacting them again to help me find housing.
