The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cliffside Apartments
I do not recommended. Apartments are outdated. Bathrooms need to be properly remolded. Apartment smells awful no matter how matter how bad you try to make it smell better. Spiders inside and out. Bathroom is located inside the kitchen which is horrible because it is sort of unsanitary. Maintainance workers are lazy and have attitudes when they have to RIG something. I would not recommend these Apartments but the area is quiet.
I've lived in cliffside apartments a little over year. The apartment looks like it was remodeled in the apartment or constructed incorrectly. The bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom wall in the kitchen. When I first moved in the apartment didn't look like is was properly cleaned with the windows needed cleaning and inside kitchen drawers and some parts of the parts of the bathroom but we didn't care to much about it, I can say we left the apartment more cleaner then when we left it. When we moved out we took the time to clean the apartment when we moved out, at lease 14 hours with two people making sure we had most or all the cleaning done. We were charged for minor issues with our deposit. We were charged the drip pan's replacement and bathroom cleaning something minor. The stove's dip pan was used alot and one of them was dark but to be charged for ever day usage is an issue, I've never been charged in the past in other apartments. I can say I lived in three apartments complex in my lifetime with having two with a full refund of the deposit except for cliffside. The area is a nice place to live in and is pretty quit with a park close by for kids, but still won't recommend Northlake property to anyone.
