Much has changed around Clearfield since its establishment in 1877. This up-and-coming small city has grown quickly over the last few years. The area now sports 17 parks, two ponds, and relatively easy access to some of the best skiing in Utah. Situated in the family-friendly region of Davis County and just 20 minutes north of Salt Lake City, this small town has gained attention as a hub for young families as well as growing businesses. Property Ratings at Clearfield Station
I LOVE this place! First off, it’s literally right by the Front Runner Station and I can get ANYWHERE! Second-the amenetise are awesome. Hot Tub, Pool, Weight room, doggy Park, kids Park, close to mall, close to restaurants (all within a 45 min walk or 10 min Drive). The kitchen is amazing! I can actually bake and do any sort of cooking I want! (Pastry Chef here) I do wish the oven and stove were gas, and the fridge was a bit bigger, but that’s about it for the kitchen negativity. You also have VASA gym right on the other side if you need more gym equipment than provided. Laurie is THE best! She’s understanding, takes care of business right then and there, she is very knowledgeable and great attitude. The Maintenance guys are awesome! Very friendly, courteous and professional. They work fast and efficiently! Very rarely do I need to call them and remind them. (I’ve only done it once in my near 1 yr here.) The area is quiet and away from most of the noise. The ONLY real noise is the firefighter/police cars when they go by. The one and ONLY negative remark I have is that the address for deliveries from restaurants is a pain. For some reason the address isn’t recognized by any of the google maps etc. I believe that this is because they are new. I would HIGHLY recommend these to any of my friends or family.

Hidden fees that are not included in what draws people here in their advertising. Very typical bait and switch. They say 1475, when in fact you're paying over 1650 after their fees. Cake is NOT Included. You are forced to pay for direct TV and internet even if you don't want them. And at an additional 110 per month in total. They charge you for water, sewer, electric for common areas and trash. Adding another 75 to 90 dollars per month. They charge you for maintaining the booking and again if you pay online with their app. There is dog crap all over the lawns and it's never cleaned up by the dog owners or management. They offer covered parking but then tell you that when the complex was built that they were shorted so you have to park on the street anyway. God help you if you are late on your rent for any reason. At three days late they serve you with a three day notice to poy or vacate, even if you have spoken to them about timing in your paycheck. No respect and definitely a lack of empathy. More like bullies. Their buildings are supposedly brand new but are already talking apart and based on their own memos they are having pest issues. Maintenance cannot seen to actually fix anything that is beyond simple patch jobs. Lots of other places for our military to rent from that has lower rent, better management, better apartments and won't charge them into bankruptcy. I do not recommend this complex at all. Don't be fooled.

The apartments are super nice. Management is amazing. Laurie, Subrina, and Paige have been so willing to help us out whenever we need it and they're amazing at taking care of any issues or concerns you have, even if it's other tenants. If you're looking for a friendly community, this is the place.
