For what I was paying it was worth the price. But as far as management old and new sucks. The new lady representing the front office is rude and very unprofessional. As a tenant she should have never been as rude as she was. She was very new and kept saying she was new but yet wanted to interrupt a conversation between me and someone else in the office with smart remarks. If you move here be prepared later on down the line for disrespect. It’s not a good look or good for the company

I've lived here at Cross Key almost 2 years now and have almost no complaints. The staff is helpful and friendly, maintenance is quick and the location is not half bad. Right on a major bus line, so very helpful there. No plans to move any time soon.

I have lived here for about 9 years and I'm very happy with the improvements. The last few companies that have owned these apartments didn't really do anything. The new company is really trying to get rid of the riff raff. They also took a lot of the apartments that was vacant and gutted and fixed them. They also have installed security cameras in all of the breeze ways as well. The trash around the garbage dumpsters have improved. I'm not seeing trash laying around it to which makes it hard to throw your trash away.

I'm a current resident, at first I was VERY dissatisfied with the management and the property overall. I've had a few issues, but since the management has changed I'm happy to see we have someone who cares about the property and is actually putting forth an effort to get things done. Anise is very helpful and she even calls to follow up to make sure that the work was completed and to my satisfaction

Went after work on Fri. after 5pm office very busy but they took the time for me. I didn't have the money order for the app fee and they were nice enough to stay over (past 6) while I went down the street to get the money order. Thanks ladies. ??

Staff are very kind and polite they help you with any question you have and they are very helpful

I recently moved in here..i ran into a few problems where i was origionally suppose to move in at the end of month.. I decided to move in early beacause i was due to be on vacation. We had mis-communication so i was a week n a half late moving in...one of the ladys in the office was really kind n she made it right. I ended up with the rest of this mnth n next month free. These are nicer than i expected...quiet and the neighbors have been very quiet n welcoming. I also met the maintence worker and he told me not to hesistate if anything needs to be fixed. Definately glad i moved here.

Management staff sucks! Everything needs fixed. They lie right to your face and looks like that's where all the dope fiends live! Save yourself some heartache
