Property Ratings at Clear Creek Village
I appreciate the manager in the office who listened to my concerns in my apartment. I felt like they actually tried to earn my renewal lease, I was able to get my old dishwasher replaced and my ceiling fans replaced to something that would circulate more air in the room. I love my apartment, it has a beautiful view of the trees.
**They will add a reply to this comment with a number that when you call they will not talk to you but say they will only email. YEP! That is about how they roll. **BEWARE** My daughter lived here for a year. Her roommate had her boyfriend living with them. My daughter tried to address the issue and the roommate did nothing. My daughter tried to get help from the office and they told her they couldn’t do anything. I contacted the Cardinal Group management company and still no help. We even asked for a new roommate at the start of the new school year and they said that unless she files a police report they would do nothing. Their phones are always down and when they aren’t down they DO NOT answer them. They do not return messages left. They gave the wrong move out date to the utilities place and told me it was our problem (still trying to get this fixed). They don’t ever get to a service request (6 months and still no fix) and I have been fighting corporate for fees they claim should agave been applied over a month ago but didn’t get applied until AFTER SHE MOVED OUT so that they could keep half her deposit she should have gotten back. These are only half the issues. Be careful with the towing. They do not communicate this well. A flyer on the door that your roommate doesn’t share with you is not how you communicate. So BEWARE! They are now charging my daughter twice for utilities after she moved out!!! Be careful!
