Property Ratings at Clayton Square Apartments
Pros: Great area of STL to live. Buildings have elevators and the layout of the apartment allows for maximum living space. Cons: Common areas (hallways, stairwells, and elevator) used to be cleaned quarterly/yearly according to previous tenants. The property manager is charismatic and said common areas (which must be trudged through in order to move in) would be cleaned before move in. However, the property manager is supposedly close to retirement and has 'checked out' so there are years of dirt, grime, and bugs built up. Unfortunately, I do not foresee the interiors being cleaned until a new property manager takes over.
