The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Clayton Pointe
1. Management is beyond careless 2. Parking is horrible (Someone did a hit & run to my car, which someone was able to see & reported it to the office to further assist me with information, yet they failed to even get in contact with me) 3. Management fails to walk the complex to get abandoned cars out as promised 4. If you let management know of a problem, they will fail to address the issue in a timely manner (if my furniture is damaged due to a leak or molding, it’s because management has failed to further address my issue I had mentioned to them) Would recommend, look elsewhere. Save yourself stress!
I used to live here about 2 months ago and when I first moved in a year ago they were great, but now The complex has raccoons running around at night! Water bugs roaches, so constantly need to spray apartments. The parking situation is horrible unless you pay for one of the very few covered parking. Management seems to care less unless. Maintence people is the only good thing about the office people. Management is aware of the issues but they either refuse to take action or simply don’t care. Good location for apartments but horrible complex. Glad we’re gone from these apartments.
Apartments are nice & clean. Mangment sucks when it comes to enforcing rules of parking or when it come to pest control. Friendly community though so I can't complain to much. A more strict management would improve the community for sure!
I've lived here for a year and I love it. I have never seen insects in my apartment, any thing or malfunction that is damaged they repaired instantly, the employees are very friendly, I do not hear anything from annoying noises I do not even hear my neighbor next to my door! .. I love the location is close to EVERYTHING(Kroger, Walmart,Aldi, Dollar Tree, Premium Outlets, etc), Remensy elementary school is literally 5 minutes away and despite having 3 rating seems 10, is super excellent, my son loves it. When I was delivered my apartment was ALL clean freshly painted and the new carpet its worth it. I fully recommend it.
