Clawson Manor Co-op Apartments offers affordable senior housing in the heart of a vibrant Metro Detroit community. Our 15-story, 251-unit high-rise offers the enjoyment and freedom that come with affordable apartment living for ages 62+. Clawson Manor Co-op is undergoing major renovations which will be completed in the fall! Here are some of the updates taking place: all units will receive updated kitchens and baths, updated flooring, and plumbing and electrical. The common areas will also be updated, as well as the full exterior of the building. The pictures show exterior changes taking place. We’ll have more to post in the coming weeks, so stay tuned! Check out the attached flyer above to see the full scope of the renovation.
