Beautiful community and great management. It’s easy to reach them over the phone or text messages.

Rented a townhouse for a few years and moved out about 4 mo ago. As a veteran with health conditions I appreciated the fact that management required masks at the gym and did not allow visitors to use the gym. Loved it! They really stayed on top of things during Covid. Property manager runs this place very well from security and maintenance to the customer service at the leasing office. No wonder they always have a waiting list a few months in advance. Left my townhouse clean and received my deposit back in 10 days.

The lady that runs the place is absolutely clueless. The living space is beautiful, but God forbid you have to make a noise complaint for anyone. The property manager does not care about you at all, only the money.

Horrible and Rude Management, poor maintenance. Feels as if we are homeless and staying under their grace...Please never ever go... horrible experience ...The lady OLGA in the front office so called manager is the rudest and terrible person I have ever met. Really a very bad experience...Please don’t be a victim of this community

I moved out in August 2019 and have to say that I had a pretty good experience at Clarinbridge. The maintenance guys are awesome, they all live on the property with their families and get things done fast. Jay replaced my water heater last spring, he was very professional, patiently answered all my questions and even gave me some very useful energy saving tips. My move out inspection was very easy because I left my apartment very clean and I have received my deposit back in full. Mia and Morgan, the front desk girls were very responsive to my requests an always called me if I got a delivery to the office.

I lived at Clarinbridge for 2 years prior to graduating and moving away for a job opportunity. I absolutely loved it! The front office staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care and the maintenance stayed on top of work orders and completed everything in a timely manner if I ever had a problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Please if you’ve never made a wise choice in your life, let today be the first day. DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT! I should’ve known to leave this place in the beginning when they lied to us telling details to a different apartment holder about where ME AND MY ROOMMATES will be living. Since we’ve moved in, there’s been one problem to the next. Every 2 days, there’s a brown ring in one of the toilets. There’s cracks in the walls from who knows what.

The Property manager doesn’t care about the residents that live here. The staff have lied many times to my face and others that live here about different situations. TERRIBLE place to live and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Filled with maintenance problems as well. One of the worst living situations I’ve been in.

Was great at first but the move out was awful and is still an issue even a month afterwards. Started with the final move out inspection which they don’t tell you they DONT DO ON WEEKENDS until you call to schedule and appointment. Since our lease ends on a weekend the only way to have the final walkthrough was if we had everything moved out the week before which is crazy. Now since I couldn’t be there for the walkthrough they are charging extra cleaning fees they we cannot dispute. Now the second issue is what money from the security deposit we should receive we still haven’t and it’s been 63 days now. Their reason is because I didn’t give a forwarding address. Funny thing is on the 60 notifications that we were moving out a forwarding address was given in writing. Extremely disappointing and frustrating dealing with this apartment complex if you are not planing on staying indefinitely.

Oh, how I wish I had read online reviews before I rented here. Let me add yet another voice to those who think that the management at Clarinbridge is terribly rude and will put the screws to you every way they can. Listen to the reviews!

The apartment is decent for what you pay. The previous sheetrock repair and repaint were supbar in my opinion. Without looking too hard, you can see where nail holes had been addressed. Several areas showed cracking in the walls where the building has settled. Contacting management is difficult. There is a property manager who makes all the final decisions, but you have to talk through the employees at the office. I would not recommend these apartments. There are nicer facilities available in the area with similar costs.

Think twice before going here! I have stayed at multiple places in Kennesaw and never experienced anything like this. Clarinbridge has unfortunately perfected the art of pretending to be nice and helpful until the very moment they find out that you're definitely moving out, at which point they will proceed with the shakedown that they have practiced and perfected. You will get billed a long list of ridiculous unjustified cleaning and maintenance fees for every crook and cranny. The carpet will be replaced, no exceptions (see reviews on other websites). They will immediately send the bill to collection to cash in on it. There will be no explanation on why or how they arrived at those numbers, what contractor they used that charged so much or provide picture proof. They will absolutely try to ruin your credit with the leverage they have. Please be forewarned! I would never have stayed here 2 years knowing how they regard and treat people afterwards.

I've lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment at Clarinbridge for a little over 3 months now, and I must say that I absolutely love it. It's so quiet, there's no complaints. The only thing is that our water heater is a little old and rust ran through our hot water once. However, the emergency maintenance staff quickly jumped on the issue and solved it. The apartments are surrounded by pretty woods and trees, leaving it shaded and cool. It is also very pet friendly and dog loves it. Great apartments. Very luxurious.

Clarinbridge is the "Renaissance Man" of apartments. The apartments are clean and well kept. I've lived here for two years in two different floor plans. The apartments have beautiful moldings and fire places that really give them character. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt. Clarinbridge's location is 5 minutes away from many restaurants, stores, and Kennesaw State University. There are students that live here but the majority of the residents are families. The ONLY downside I would give this apartment complex is when you have the "not updated" apartment, the appliances were unreliable. Maintenance had to be called a few times. Now I have the updated version and the appliances have worked great. I would definitely recommend Clarinbridge to anybody who is apartment hunting.
