Awful I had mold growing in my closet in my room was full of moisture, and they didn’t even bother to come in to inspect it properly. All they brought me was a dehumidifier and basically told me it was my fault.

Fabulous Service To state that I feel satisfied as a new renter at Claret Village at Braselton is an understatement. I showed up a week ago with an extreme deadline that I knew was almost unrealistic. However, with great responsiveness, flexibility, and focus I was able to get into my new home in record speed, literally two weeks ahead of what should’ve been a realistic timeframe. This really helped me out in my own personal situation and I’m very grateful for the team effort to get me in my new home. Especially Ajai who was so helpful and encouraging in every next step. I was promised a deadline and she came through with it even before her vacation. Thanks to everyone who made this happen.

The leasing office smells like SMOKE! I have asthma and it was just too overwhelming. They really should not allow their workers to REEK of that devil’s lettuce. They wouldn’t even admit they smoked, but I could smell it. Not even top shelf either. But you’d expect that from those kinds of people. Just unacceptable behavior all together.

This place has roaches in the leasing office and throughout the unit. I step in dog poop everyday when trying to get to my car because the residents don’t clean up. A foul smell is coming through the vents. Please look elsewhere

A Clean and Beautiful Place to call home I pass this complex daily and have stopped in a few times, and each time i have been impressed by the quality and love that was put into the over all design and feel of this complex, In my opinion anyway. To top it off the staff who work here has mad me feel welcomed even though we haven't put pen and paper to if yet. I look forward to becoming a near future resident.
