Awful I had mold growing in my closet in my room was full of moisture, and they didn’t even bother to come in to inspect it properly. All they brought me was a dehumidifier and basically told me it was my fault.

Richard is the best! Rich and T are the best there is! They are quick, efficient, kind and professional. We especially appreciated Richard extra this week when the fire alarms were blaring for hours and he came to help. He deserves a promotion for going above and beyond.

Fast service I told the office about my problem (kitchen faucet low pressure) About 15 minutes later maintenance was here and fixed. Always fast friendly service

Fabulous Service To state that I feel satisfied as a new renter at Claret Village at Braselton is an understatement. I showed up a week ago with an extreme deadline that I knew was almost unrealistic. However, with great responsiveness, flexibility, and focus I was able to get into my new home in record speed, literally two weeks ahead of what should’ve been a realistic timeframe. This really helped me out in my own personal situation and I’m very grateful for the team effort to get me in my new home. Especially Ajai who was so helpful and encouraging in every next step. I was promised a deadline and she came through with it even before her vacation. Thanks to everyone who made this happen.

A Lovely Community I toured this property this week with Leyla & left feeling like I found my home sweet home! The apartment interior & exterior are very nice & amenities look even better in person. I also love the integration with mobile access throughout the property.

everyone I met was fantastic...however, the website needs to be more user friendly. Original application did not upload and I lost the apt. I am trying to get all the information to you on a 3-bdr. I really do like this complex. I think it can be Home. :)

The leasing office smells like SMOKE! I have asthma and it was just too overwhelming. They really should not allow their workers to REEK of that devil’s lettuce. They wouldn’t even admit they smoked, but I could smell it. Not even top shelf either. But you’d expect that from those kinds of people. Just unacceptable behavior all together.

This place has roaches in the leasing office and throughout the unit. I step in dog poop everyday when trying to get to my car because the residents don’t clean up. A foul smell is coming through the vents. Please look elsewhere

We couldn't decide which apartment to take. They were patient, all paperwork was a clear and precise. Work order was done in 24hrs, always available with answers. Apartment nice quite and clean.

A Clean and Beautiful Place to call home I pass this complex daily and have stopped in a few times, and each time i have been impressed by the quality and love that was put into the over all design and feel of this complex, In my opinion anyway. To top it off the staff who work here has mad me feel welcomed even though we haven't put pen and paper to if yet. I look forward to becoming a near future resident. All together a warm and friendly atmosphere ;)
