Property Ratings at Clarence House
This is my first time living in this building, and since October-November, I have experienced a lack of heat 8-10 times whenever the temperature drops below 50 degrees outside. It’s unacceptable to endure two days of cold before the heat finally kicks in, especially since by that time, the temperature outside is often warmer. I have already reported this issue multiple times, but the maintenance team’s response—that it’s an "older building" and the heat takes longer to turn on—is simply not acceptable.
