The superintendent never cleans the buildings
I have been in this apartment long enough and not once has it been cleaned. Management after management, the same thing. The place has an unsettling smell, there is issues with the heat, the building has sticky floor by the entrance and all over the stairs. Tenants spill things on the floor and it is left to dry and dust accumulate on top of dust. Some of the units have build up mold which I believe is dangerous for health. Complaints after complaints and nothing is done, just promises of fixing things and cleaning but the superintendent does nothing about it. A very disappointed soon to be ex-tenant
