The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Clairemont Village Apartments and Townhomes
I am still a current resident after 4 years and will be until I move out of state unless there are any drastic changes. Management is friendly and helpful! Maintenance is quick with responses and have even come to work on their day off or come back to work after hours when I needed something fixed. Clean, safe neighborhood, and overall just a good experience! Very reasonably priced and I would recommend it!
I have lived here for 2 years and moved due to my job. But the maintenance guys as well as the leasing office are always on point with issues. They are an amazing staff and it’s a quite complex. My experience here was great.
Clairemont Village is a wonderful place to live. I've been here nearly a year and the most problems I've ever had has been due to other neighbors being noisy or not following grounds policy but the landlords have been very understanding, polite, and professional. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to live that is exceptionally reasonable in price, and has well taken care of grounds, not to mention complimentary doggy bags.
Coming from a SVSU student who had previously lived in other apartments, Clairemont Village is perfect for students! Not only is it a quiet (good for studying) and safe (a basic necessity) neighborhood, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance is timely, and keeps an eye out for any additional problems you may be having. There's not a pool on site, but you can use the pool down the street at the sister complex (Country Ridge) for free. It's cheap housing for a student, but still great living conditions!
After owning my own home for years, I was worried about making the move into apartment life. But downsizing was a must. In my younger years, I had lived in other complexes in the area and those experiences only added to my anxiety. Three years ago I moved into Clairemont Village Apartments and it turned out to be a great decision. The location is central to all things Saginaw. Plus they just redid the roofs and landscaping on all their buildings ,so the outside of each unit looks great. I absolutely love my balcony and the way it overlooks a quiet, tree-lined street nearby. The managers of the complex are amazing too. They offer a continental breakfast every Friday to residents and are always willing to help make the complex a better place for everyone to live. I really appreciate their hard work and would recommend Clairemont to everyone!
