City Summit Apartments

These apartments are horrible! Don’t waste your time. They do not respond to any maintenance request and every time I go to the office to check the status they say the request was never put in. Dumpsters are always over flowing and roaches are everywhere!

You do not want to lease with these people the entire complex is trash ?? the photos they are using to lure new tenants are not updated photos of the property nor the unit

Insect infestation is rampant. Maintenance takes forever to respond to work orders and when they do it isn't fixed properly. It took them 2 weeks to respond to a leak in the kitchen sink and then the repair lasted about 4 days before it was leaking worse than ever. I can't use my kitchen because there is no way to clean up. They repaired another leak before Christmas and they still have not finished with the replacement of the flooring and carpet damaged by the water. I'm actively looking for a place to move to when the lease is up.

I stay and have recently found out how much truly these apartments suck! They have roaches and all kinds of pest! The property is not safe at all. I witness drug deals and other property damage acts all the time. When the apartment management is confronted they act like they will take care of the problem but those are false words. Along with rent they charge all these additional fees so please read first before signing lease. They have horrible contract agreements with providers and you will end up paying more than what is stated in the lease. Please save the trouble! About to break my lease its that serious.

CITY SUMMIT or RADCO!!!! name doesn't matter and help at all while the people working at the leasing office are the same people from previous staff. we need to new faces and professional people who has the potential to resolve the customers problems effectively and timely. No one likes to deal with the same person who previously ignored your issue and totally lied to you about resolving it. I also noticed some recent changes in the management staff. which seems a positive sign, but there are still some members from the previous staff. which is main problem, they still behave the same way the they did before. they ignore you and they ignore your issues. this is a great location, we were packed tightly in the 2015, it was hard to find a parking spot for your car, but recently people started to move out, because of the staff behavior towards them. it looks here deserted now. they felt they were over charged, their issues were deliberately ignored, they weren't welcome and respect when they visited the leasing office. I felt the exactly the same situation(not welcomed, not respected) when I visited the leasing office this morning and ran into a member of the previous staff. I waited for a while (34 minutes) and i was getting late for work, so I left without being helped. people get frustrated over and over and eventually they leave the place. some of my good neighbors left. I know many people who want to live here again but don't want to deal with the same people. I hope we have a welcoming and honest staff this year.

I was a former resident when the property was called "The Stratford. " To be honest I never imagined myself ever renting at this place again due to my horrible experience. And then I drove by the area ans noticed the property name and the property itself had changed and looked very different. I decided to swing by and check it out. I walked in the office and the staff we're very friendly and professional. They took me on a tour of the property and showed me a renovated unit and I was shocked with how much the property had changed, In a good way!!!! The property looks brand new and I was very impressed. Let's just say, I am now a new resident of City Summit and am loving it so far. Great job!!!

I have been living in city summit since November, 2015. Since I moved in I told them that the refrigerator was not working. I am still awaiting for a replacement. One issue that really bother me is the the community is full of dog feces and management does anything to clean the community. I hate walking around the community because of this issue. It is something that needs to be addressed because of the high of infections.

I see at lot of great changes happening at this apartment community. I love my apartment and the amount of furniture I can fit inside. I am glad I renewed my lease another year. I cant wait to see the new fitness center.

I've been searching for an apartment for about 3 whole months now and FINALLY I found a complex that is well kept and has all amenities I need! Their square footage is amazing for its price and I was offered a great move in special I couldn't pass up! So glad I didn't rent else where

I have just moved into City Summit and I could not be happier. There are so many improvements going on here, I’m excited to see what’s next. The office staff and maintenance staff are very professional and super responsive. Home sweet home!

I moved in almost a year ago, they shampooed the carpets but after a month or 2 stains started showing up, A/C unit has been fixed 3 times so far, it seems like it's an ancient unit, not very energy efficient, flooring above is so thin no matter how lightly the people upstairs walk you will hear them, have new people upstairs that sound like elephants are walking!! Spoke to management about it but I doubt anything will get done, they are not very big on customer service, The flooring in my apartment squeaks in so many places is hard to not make noise for the people under us, the place was sold and they are making improvements outside, they need to pay attention to the flooring before someone falls thru it, my lease is up soon, needless to say, I won't renew...to bad I do like the location.

After just moving into the Statford it already feels like home. With an amazing playground, swimming pool, and fitness center I am able to live a comfortable and productive life. Having upgraded appliances and an amazing closet I dont think I could find a better place with the same layouts. I was suprise to find how clean the straford was all the way around some apartments just keep the front clean to attract customers but at the Stratford the whole complex looks up to date and we'll taken care of. Overall I am very happy with how quickly I was moved in and how great my apartment is.

Office staff are never on the same page, they don't take responsibility for their actions, they only put T.V's in the gym when the owners are paying a visit to the site. Would never recommend to anyone. If a maintenance guy is off the pools don't get cleaned.

My move in date was put off so that they could install new carpet. Didnt install- on the day that I moved in it was shampooed so I had to wait longer yet. Drains are slow, mold and mildew growing around A/C heater unit that appears not to have had a filter in years. Poor lighting throughout. Pool is not usable whne I moved in. No laundry on-site currently. Stains remain in carpet. And the people above me sound like they will be falling thru the ceilign at any moment! Jan. 13
