Property Ratings at City Promenade
Underground parking is so dirty vomit everywhere, manager is busy caring about his car being washed down there during a drought instead of cleaning the parking. HUGE roaches everywhere roofs, patios, pipes, anywhere outdoors. Kids always playing with bikes, balls, skate boards at all hours of the night try to contact manager and will not answer phone or do anything when mention to him cause he's out there on his skate board.
I've lived here for 6 years. What I love about these apts, is the fact that its in.walking distance to EVERYTHING. And I like that.its two full bathrooms, and of course the pool and jacuuzi. The little park across the street makes up for having no yard, and its pet friendly. And I even like the size of the complex:)
