Excellent place to live. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Neighbors are very polite. The office and the maintenance staff is great! Always willing to help, and very friendly.
City North Apartments is an amazing quiet peaceful community, with friendly personable, and professional staff. I would recommend this property to friends and family.
Since I have been here I love the location and the things that are here at City North, there are a lot of things and places in the area and they are good places.
We lived here for a year and didn’t like it because of noisy neighbors and no parking after work. We could hear neighbors from across the breezeway all the time. Had to park all the way on the other side of the apartment complex at night because no parking anywhere. We moved after our lease ended, and now getting calls from two debt collecting companies saying we owe them money, and turned out City North changed our amount due after we paid our last rent, and charged us extra for late fee because they failed to notify us with the extra charge they added after we paid. We went to the office and the girl was unprofessional, facetiming her guy while helping us with the incorrect bill, she told us her manager will contact us, but no one ever contacted us. We had to solve these with the debt collector and paid extra. Now we’re getting calls and emails from another debt collector asking for even more money for City North. Do not move here, save yourself from headaches.
City North is a beautiful and awesome place to live!!! First apt. experience, and definitely chose the right one! Beautiful home and grounds. Office personnel and maintenance staff fantastic . Going on my second year living here! Thanks City North for all u do!!!

We love living here! The apartments are spacious, the layout is incredible, and the finishes are amazing! Brand new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer included, and the staff know you by name and remember personal details (such as my dogs name and that my kid loves the candy in the office) and they ask about them! Really feel at home here, not like just another tenant.

This complex looks great upon initial glance, but it has been a relitively disappointing experience. The rent is much higher than we were originally quoted due to hidden fees. The complex lied to us by telling us all apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor have carpet living areas due to sound issus, however we happened to see into our neighbors apartment and they have hardwood floor living areas. The office often does not answer calls or emails. Our apartemt is LOUD, EMS is constantly driving by. Our patio is so loud we won't even use it.

Terrible management, dog poop everywhere, constant broken gates, constantly something broken in the apartment, thin walls, and I wouldn’t trust the “good reviews” they’re giving away $100 visa gift cards to residents who write a good review. I’m just going to be real and let everyone know living here is not luxury it’s a nightmare.

Community is very well taken care of and the maintenance workers are the nicest. When you have complaints they take forever to get back w/you in regards to anything. Work orders do take a few days to get done which is okay but they dont ever call you when they are coming they just come and knock for 5-10 seconds and leave. If you have a noise upstairs neighbors the management doesnt come to YOUR apartment to listen to the noise they go upstairs and see how those people live and call it normal apartment living (when dogs bark and run amuck at 5:30am) and people stomping all day. They should be coming to the person complaining apartments and listen to what they hear all day rather than go upstairs? That doesnt make any sense. I am not the only one that has complained about noise either but nothing seems to get done.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could!! They waited almost 3 full weeks to pull rent out, then had the audacity to tell me I owed almost $300 in late fees. And this is not uncommon for them. Trash service is spotty, in the 9 months that I've lived in this complex, 3 separate violent crimes have been committed. This is an awful complex. One of the worst I've ever stayed in. I'll be all too thrilled when my lease is up in January. You can definitely do better than this crap-heap!!!
We moved in to this complex on a short notice due to relocation of employment. On the surface it is a nice complex but certainly has wear and tear when it comes to exterior paint which is understandable. Immediately upon moving in, our unit had an unbearable chemical smell which took over a week for them to fully address and get it somewhat taken care of. The staff is quite nice just misleading on their promises to take care of issues that need fixed. The security gates have not been working since we moved in and after asking when they would be fixed (because a gated community was one of the main reasons we chose this property) they responded in a week or two. Almost two months later and they are still not working and still have no answers to when they will be fixed or why they are not fixed. They have a trash valet service which is nice but the trash can they provided us had a terrible stench of old trash with what can only be best described as "gunk" built up on the inside. We leave it on the patio and use it only when we put trash out at night. The dumpster trash pick up times but not be on a close enough schedule because every week there is a trash pile up that spills into the parking lot and is not only an eye sore but leaves a smell in the area where we park for our unit. Overall its quiet. Just a few yahoos who hot-rod their exhausts as they drive through and your normal amount of kids playing outside after school and on weekends.
Very good apartment. I have been here 3 years and look forward to staying here a long time. They have a great maintance crew. They have a large well maintained common area in a great area to live in.
The kitchen has not so updated appliances but are black in color which is nice. The work space is not large but efficient for cooking and the faux granite countertops bring it all together. Love that carpet is only in the bedrooms and laminate wood flooring covers the rest of the apartment. Some of the apartment buildings are located with the green belt in their backyard. It's very relaxing to sit on your back porch, which just big enough for small seating, to have your morning coffee and watch the cattle, deer, and birds. The size of the bedrooms are not extraordinary and just big enough for a king bed and other small furniture. Plenty of counter space and drawer space to keeping items in the bathroom. No walking showers here. Walk-in closets and shelving is nice. The complex was bought out last year which changed nothing and this is good! Management is helpful, concerned, and friendly. Recent complaints about the garbage overflow at the one garbage compactor cause the complex to build another site for a compactor. Valet trash is helpful but strict. Overall, the complex is quiet and I feel safe. Just wish the gates where not always broken.
We have been here almost a year. It's been great. It's a very quiet property...and the pool is beautiful. The office staff and maintenance staff is great too.

I LOVE them! They're on top of everything, there to answer any questions, maintenance is quick, curteous and polite. The apartments have lots of light, nice upgrades and a wonderful pool area. Beyond happy here! I highly recommend them!!
