The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at City Lofts
The studios are alright on the inside, but they have a roach problem. Unit has been sprayed multiple times and I am on the TOP FLOOR in a CORNER UNIT. Although I am on the top floor, noise is a huge issue. Along with this, the location is smack dab in the middle of the jewelry district which, if you're not familiar with LA or DTLA, is not the nicest. The homeless people are rampant, and often very aggressive/acting out. There is a homeless guy that I always see sleeping right next to the entrance. The sidewalks smell awful, because of the dogs/homeless population reliving themselves everywhere, and because of this there are flies everywhere you walk. I don't leave at night, as it is definitely not safe. If you're looking to live in downtown, try to find something more toward the staples center. This area is NOT NICE and the apartment building is old, with the elevators broken 24/7.
Downtown LA, beautiful, spacious, loud, best if you want to be the creepy person in the parking garage apartment ever. That's right!!! Parking garage, nuff said, gotta love it, and I do. Restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, Art Walk, it's all here. No car needed on the weekends. Awesomeness in the Historic Core of DTLA.
