Property Ratings at Citrus Court
I saw these and they looked amazing but when I got there to view them the entire complex looked like a homeless shelter. It was so dirty and run down. Not sure how they got the pictures they are using but this place is garbage. Cigarette butts every trash everywhere inside the apartments is even worse. U can see cockroaches crawling around. I couldn’t wait to get out of there
These apartments have a plethora of problems. Roaches are definitely problem #1. Problem #2 is the lack of management skills and how to properly communicate and take action on problems that residents take issue with. Problem #3 is the fact that these apartments are so overpriced for what you are getting. The on-site laundry never works. Please do your research prior to moving in here!

This apartment complex is “nice” compared to the other complexes in the area. But, the property manager and the management company itself are absolutely horrendous to work with. They are unprofessional and unpleasant. It was difficult to get maintenance orders completed— we did not have light in our kitchen for over a month, twice. Parking is extremely limited and parking rules are not enforced. I moved out over two months ago and I am still dealing with this company and the mistakes that were made during the move out process on their end. They are not cooperative or even helpful. If you have other options I would honestly not waste your time or money to move here. Based on its location and the professionalism of the staff, I did not feel safe living at this apartment complex. Also, the complex is loud— the people that live there and also that it is on a busy street.
I gave one star because there is no “zero” stars. We put up with barking dogs all day and some of the night and the management does nothing. We have homeless people sleeping in the breezeways and dumpsters with little notice by the mgmt or their “roving security” that drives through periodically without ever getting out of their car. We have roaches, and mice so loud you can hear them in the ceiling. We have periods of no hot water for days with no information from mgmt and sometimes no water with NO WARNING. The children’s pool looks like a bowl of soup with cleaning once a week regardless of how it looks. Don’t move in here unless you have no other choice. Just be sure to NEVER BE LATE ON THE RENT or you WILL get a notice on your door.

My family and I have been living in these apartment complex over 4 years. During these years se have come across with so many changes, positive changes. When I mean positive I define it as a family environment. New remodeling and improved matters of the apartment have come and continue. Its so beautiful and looking great. All I can say that changes are good and when they are positive ones. My family and I are blessed in calling this complex our home.

Quite complex, looking forward to the remodeling being done. Most of the comments I read in regards to the complex are completely false. Office staff is excellent.
