Amazing floorplans, and the amenities are great. The gym is spacious with lots of equipments and the pool is gorgeous! I would recommend this to anyone looking in the area

We moved in Sep 23; we waited a year longer than we had to and glad we did! We love the layout of our 3 bedroom and it’s perfect! First floor has been great; it’s quiet and the neighbors are nice. The dog park is the best. We sound a lot of time out there with our pups and have gotten to know a lot of other residents. The best five is responsive to any maintenance concerns!! Love citrine!

Multiple maintenance issues and cannot get requests completed. no stop signs so Ive almost been hit in my car and on foot multiple times. apartment itself is not well put together.

The move-in experience was very smooth! The appliances are the best I've had or seen in an apartment. Full size refrigerator with sliding freezer drawer on the bottom. Full size washer and dryer included. I have the Amber floorplan and the master closet is huge! This is perfect for all of my clothes. It's very quiet here and neighbors are friendly. I've been here a couple months and it was a great decision to choose Citrine!

Unit: Sunray 2b/2b. It's beautiful, layout is great, and appliances are very nice. 1 smoke detector is basically in the kitchen and it goes off frequently (without burning anything). Internet: service is fine but it took 1 month from move-in due to broken fiber lines in some buildings. This was unacceptable for me. I work remotely and a hotspot only takes you so far as a software engineer. This was a major inconvenience. Spectrum is the only provider here, unfortunately. Construction: I've been woken every morning between 5am-6am since I moved in to trucks, beeping, powersaws, hammering, yelling, etc. It continues all day. There have been a few times I honestly believe I witnessed workers cat-calling. The noise is loud enough that I've had to reschedule meetings and it frustrates me enough that I'm 99% likely to pay the $3100 fee to break my lease and leave here. I've politely asked management if I could walk away from the lease due to my poor experience but they seem to be focused on occupancy instead of resident quality of life (nothing new for Mills). **disclaimer- I work remotely and I live next to a building being constructed. I resisted writing a bad review for months.

I love living at citrine. It’s still in construction right now and we’ve lived here for a little under a month. The property manager is great. He responds very quickly and gets any problem resolved efficiently. Very quiet even with construction and the highway. Overall having a great experience at Citrine.
