This has been a great place to live, staff is kind and helpful and willing to accommodate our needs at all times! Beautiful area and great for family, singles, older folks and everyone in between. Great amenities that are kept very clean and nice
I love living here!! The services, the amenities, the staff and the community are amazing! I am always recommending this complex to live because I know how the staff takes care of all the residents and make living here a great experience.
Overall, very good experience. Front office interactions were always pleasant, efficient and professional. Maintenance work orders were handled extremely quickly and with care. Communication and package delivery was effective. Amenities and community events were top-notch. As with most large communities, a few neighbors can put a damper on it for the rest (i.e. not picking up after pets, overloading dumpsters, not tidying up after using BBQ or pool), but that’s par for the course. I also didn’t love the Conservice billing transparency. But for the price point, it’s a good choice!
Living here has been peaceful. There’s so many activities that I could do if I’m available the staff has been responsive. I love the easy access to the pool and all the amenities as well. I love the new pet grooming station.
I have loved living in Citizen house, I have no complaints. Everyone from pest control, to maintenance, to leasing office has been so easy to communicate with.

We have lived at CHWR for more than a year now and just re signed a 15 month lease, we have grown our family here and it’s truly a wonderful place to be. The office staff Kate, Caitlin, Keisha are all wonderful with us and our children, they are always so attentive when we have concerns and are quick to resolve any issues by going above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Our maintenance staff is also incredible, all of them are kind and courteous and know what they’re doing. We love calling this place home, because of the wonderful people who make it feel that way.

Parking is a problem. There are 3 vehicles parked up front parking that are junk cars. They are not driven haven’t moved in months. Tried to get management to fix problem but no response. This place looks like a mechanics shop outside my window. Junk cars are being allowed to park right up front where parking is tight as it is.

Overall the experience has been great, other then when the WiFi is down. I wish we could opt out of certain amenities such as the trash valet considering our apartment is right next to one which we weren’t aware of.

Good environment and friendly apartments. Mostly everything is nearby for Indian groceries, HEB…etc. Budget friendly for students. Great pool area.

Citizen House is a blessing! The amenities are super high end, from the pool and co-working offices, to the gym and clubhouse! The staff is polite, professional and outstanding in customer service. The place is spotless and aesthetically beautiful. It’s like living at a seaside resort!

Living at citizens at wolf ranch has been a great experience. Everyone is nice and friendly. Maintenance is always good at responding to orders. The apt landscaping is always kept up along with the pool. Neighbors are friendly and nice.

Absolutely LOVE this apartment complex!!! The area feels secluded and yet it’s still only 5 minutes from a Target. The pool area and people are so friendly as well!

I’ve lived at Citizen House Wolf Ranch for several months, and while the property itself is beautiful and many staff members are wonderful, I feel it’s important to share a serious concern. One staff member, Dani, has repeatedly exhibited unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. I’ve personally witnessed her intoxicated at the pool, slurring her speech, drinking, and vaping in the presence of families and children. Her erratic behavior raises serious concerns, especially given that she represents the leasing office. Residents have shared similar concerns — some noting that she’s made inappropriate comments, behaved flirtatiously toward other residents’ spouses, and shared personal, explicit details about her past. Her conduct at events, and how she presents herself, is not what you’d expect from someone in a professional role. This community has great potential, but it’s being undermined by a staff member who consistently disregards the standards of professionalism and respect. Unless this is addressed, I will not be renewing my lease. I urge future residents to speak with current tenants about their experience before deciding to move in.
I really like it here so far. My apartment feels cozy. I feel safe here too! Pool was really nice. I wish gym was a little bigger but it is still very nice. The dog park for sure is too small :(

Wonderful Community. Staff Is Freindly And The Area Is Very Peaceful. Very Close To Everything On 29. HEB near By And Good Food. As Well The Farmers Market Is a Blast

I moved to this community because it was marketed as family-friendly, but I’ve been incredibly disappointed by the behavior of one of the on-site staff members, Danny. On multiple occasions, I witnessed conduct that was not only highly unprofessional but also inappropriate for a place where families and children live and gather. From inappropriate and explicit behavior in the pool during family hours to openly talking about drug use in the clubhouse, I was shocked to see this coming from a staff member who represents the face of the property. It’s extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the management’s hiring practices and oversight. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and prioritizes the safety and integrity of the community especially for the families who live here and expect a safe environment.
Located in a highly desirable area of Georgetown—close to shopping, entertainment, and major roadways—Citizen Ranch is a nice convenient option for renting.

People are going to fast thru the gate and not patiently waiting for it to open completely. There needs to be more tables in the clubroom for cards, boardgames, or sitting when events are held there. Seating is very limited.

I love it here so far! It's quiet and the amenities are great. I've been here a couple of weeks now and the only issue I've had is a lack of communication from the leasing office receiving move-in specials and some confusion on all the apps and systems necessary during move-in.

I love it here. The maintenance is the best I’ve ever had in a community. The management keeps all the other amenities running smoothly and keeps us informed if there is a temporary glitz and must be attended to.

Office staff are professional and kind. They are prompt to respond to maintenance requests. The amenities are very nice. The community is quiet. I have had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Overall amazing complex. A lot of different mobile apps to manage so would be nice to cut that down but not a huge deal. Great amenities, just wish the dog park was nicer!
