I had a great experience with moving into citizen house. The process was easy and the staff was so nice. We got a lot of apps to get to use around the apartment our keys and got into our apartment easily. It was beautiful inside and the move in has been amazing.
Overall I rate this apartment a 10/10! Only reason I’m moving is to live closer to my new job. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to live In Georgetown!
My experience with Citizen House has been great so far. The leasing agents have all been so nice and helpful and really kind. Offering drinks or little snacks. I think that makes such a big impact when picking an apartment to live in and they are amazing. I’ve loved the events they have had so far that I’ve been there as well. I like the pool and the park for kids is amazing especially if you have a kid. I will say the dog park could use more things in it because it looks a little sad to see nothing in it. Would love if they added something for the dogs. So far this place is amazing to live in and I have no complaints.

The community is brand new, and we've had great neighbors so far. We did have some cracks in the drywall appear because the building was "settling" but we submit a Maintenance Request and they came out quickly to resolve it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They're great about hosting events for all ages as well. The amenities are well-maintained as is the property. I wish they had a dog wash and a larger dog park that was at least partially grassy instead of fully mulched, but everything they do offer is great. Location is wonderful, we're so close to the heart of Wolf Ranch. Traffic can be a pain sometimes, but you're bound to get traffic anywhere near a shopping center and/or 35. Would definitely recommend living here.

My experience started as very positive. However, 6 months in and the cracks are beginning to show. There was some kind of mixup with the billing of my electric and I’ve been getting the runaround. Office sent me to Conserve who sent me back to the front office who sent me to the electric company and now back to the front office. $500 extra with no explanation of charges. The traffic lights have been a huge bonus to safety of exiting the neighborhood, but now the construction is booming, so lots of heavy equipment and noise. It was to be expected, but I would not choose to live here now.

I have lived here almost a year and I can honestly say I have never had an issue that wasn’t addressed. Work orders are almost always done in a speedy manner. So i can say I am satisfied living here.

Very nice team and responsive to all requests and fun community so far! Best part of my experience so far is the perfect amount of space and togetherness in community area with super fast fiber optics I need to get me work done smoothly and headache free. I love the coffee and hot water machine lol

The service is the best I’ve ever had! They are prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The office staff is also just as efficient and always helpful. They are all so nice and fun as well and working to maintain a comfortable feeling and in designing new fun activities around the property. It’s a great place to live!

had a decent experience living here, but I wouldn’t call it great. The place itself is generally fine—nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding either. One of my biggest issues has been with the way certain rates and fees are advertised. They aren’t always as clear or accurate as they should be, and that kind of miscommunication adds up over time and creates unnecessary frustration. The management can also be a bit demanding when it comes to resident responsibilities. It sometimes feels like they impose extra rules or last-minute requirements that don’t serve much purpose other than making things more complicated for tenants. Overall, I’ve made it work for the time I’ve been here, but the rising costs just don’t make sense for what you get. It’s becoming more expensive than it’s worth, so I’ve decided not to renew my lease. If affordability and straightforward communication are important to you, I’d recommend weighing your options carefully before signing.

CHWR is a great place to be. Very clean and Quiet. Has a nice view during afternoon walks and the free coffee totally hit the spot lol I would recommend this place to a friend or family member. It’s very close to DTG and Lake to walk around the different trials.

I am thoroughly happy living here. There are no major issues living here. Everything is nice organized, kept clean and very well kept. The maintenance team is top-tier and Maintenance requests are taken care of within a couple days. Any issue I have ever ran into is dealt with and addressed.

I have been at Citizen Wolf Ranch since February. So far it has been an easy and great transition. The office staff is very professional and kind. The staff has been prompt in answering my questions and maintenance is quick and does a good job. The apartment location is great for my commute to Austin. The apartments are well built and spacious. I highly recommend.

Not bad. Nothing is perfect so 4 stars. Have not got to enjoy all the amenities yet, but plan to. Brand new build with no issues. Great value for the cost of living here.

I have met two other residents here so it makes me feel more at home. My neighbor across from me was great and so helpful. She loaned me a cart so I can load my groceries and carry them all at one time. It is great as I am still recovering from my broken femur bone.

I have lived here for 3 and a half months now, and I can say that this is an amazing place to live. The management and staff truly care about you, and they are always so kind. The maintenance team is great, and they sure know what they are doing. My dog chewed on the wall, and within a week, it was fixed!

Apartments are beautiful main complaints would be how small the Gym is, and the Noise that the Shower makes when heating up. Other than that the staff is wonderful!

So far, from what I’ve seen, this is a nice comfortable place to live and with a car is very convenient if you can’t walk well. There are good stores around if you have a car to get there. When I can no longer drive I’ll have to reevaluate my choices.

Community is nice. Office staff is really helpful and maintenance is timely. It’s not noisy. Would recommend! I enjoy living here so far. Only gave 4 stars due to it being a little pricy.

So far so good! Moved in two months ago, staff has been timely on everything and very good with communication. Staff is nice and property is kept clean. Valet trash service is reliable and convenient. Resident events have a good turn out and are very inviting.

Citizen House is a great place to live so far! The move-in was seamless and easy. And it was not fully leased, so lower capacity made it more desirable. There is construction happening just outside the complex, which is about boom. The two ways to access the main road is a bit dangerous, but I believe there is a traffic light being installed soon. Overall with all the incentives it’s a no-brainer!

I’ve been enjoying my new space so far. The few things that needed to be taken care of in my new apartment were resolved quickly and I was happy about that. I’ve been communicating with Madison for other things and she’s been really great and helpful every time we interact. Overall I’d say it’s been a positive experience so far!

So far my experience has been good. Low noise, great environment, and quick maintenance. Residents pretty much keep to themselves, but are friendly. Amenities work well, clean, and efficient for everyone use.
