Property Ratings at Citizen House Wolf Ranch
I moved to this community because it was marketed as family-friendly, but I’ve been incredibly disappointed by the behavior of one of the on-site staff members, Danny. On multiple occasions, I witnessed conduct that was not only highly unprofessional but also inappropriate for a place where families and children live and gather. From inappropriate and explicit behavior in the pool during family hours to openly talking about drug use in the clubhouse, I was shocked to see this coming from a staff member who represents the face of the property. It’s extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the management’s hiring practices and oversight. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and prioritizes the safety and integrity of the community especially for the families who live here and expect a safe environment.
Located in a highly desirable area of Georgetown—close to shopping, entertainment, and major roadways—Citizen Ranch is a nice convenient option for renting.
People are going to fast thru the gate and not patiently waiting for it to open completely. There needs to be more tables in the clubroom for cards, boardgames, or sitting when events are held there. Seating is very limited.

I love it here so far! It's quiet and the amenities are great. I've been here a couple of weeks now and the only issue I've had is a lack of communication from the leasing office receiving move-in specials and some confusion on all the apps and systems necessary during move-in.

I love it here. The maintenance is the best I’ve ever had in a community. The management keeps all the other amenities running smoothly and keeps us informed if there is a temporary glitz and must be attended to.

Overall amazing complex. A lot of different mobile apps to manage so would be nice to cut that down but not a huge deal. Great amenities, just wish the dog park was nicer!

I had a great experience with moving into citizen house. The process was easy and the staff was so nice. We got a lot of apps to get to use around the apartment our keys and got into our apartment easily. It was beautiful inside and the move in has been amazing.

My experience with Citizen House has been great so far. The leasing agents have all been so nice and helpful and really kind. Offering drinks or little snacks. I think that makes such a big impact when picking an apartment to live in and they are amazing. I’ve loved the events they have had so far that I’ve been there as well. I like the pool and the park for kids is amazing especially if you have a kid. I will say the dog park could use more things in it because it looks a little sad to see nothing in it. Would love if they added something for the dogs. So far this place is amazing to live in and I have no complaints.

The community is brand new, and we've had great neighbors so far. We did have some cracks in the drywall appear because the building was "settling" but we submit a Maintenance Request and they came out quickly to resolve it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They're great about hosting events for all ages as well. The amenities are well-maintained as is the property. I wish they had a dog wash and a larger dog park that was at least partially grassy instead of fully mulched, but everything they do offer is great. Location is wonderful, we're so close to the heart of Wolf Ranch. Traffic can be a pain sometimes, but you're bound to get traffic anywhere near a shopping center and/or 35. Would definitely recommend living here.

My experience started as very positive. However, 6 months in and the cracks are beginning to show. There was some kind of mixup with the billing of my electric and I’ve been getting the runaround. Office sent me to Conserve who sent me back to the front office who sent me to the electric company and now back to the front office. $500 extra with no explanation of charges. The traffic lights have been a huge bonus to safety of exiting the neighborhood, but now the construction is booming, so lots of heavy equipment and noise. It was to be expected, but I would not choose to live here now.

I have lived here almost a year and I can honestly say I have never had an issue that wasn’t addressed. Work orders are almost always done in a speedy manner. So i can say I am satisfied living here.

I love my apartment that has a patio and a sunset view. It is easy to come and go quickly. It is always very quiet and folks are friendly.

Very nice team and responsive to all requests and fun community so far! Best part of my experience so far is the perfect amount of space and togetherness in community area with super fast fiber optics I need to get me work done smoothly and headache free. I love the coffee and hot water machine lol

The service is the best I’ve ever had! They are prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The office staff is also just as efficient and always helpful. They are all so nice and fun as well and working to maintain a comfortable feeling and in designing new fun activities around the property. It’s a great place to live!

had a decent experience living here, but I wouldn’t call it great. The place itself is generally fine—nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding either. One of my biggest issues has been with the way certain rates and fees are advertised. They aren’t always as clear or accurate as they should be, and that kind of miscommunication adds up over time and creates unnecessary frustration. The management can also be a bit demanding when it comes to resident responsibilities. It sometimes feels like they impose extra rules or last-minute requirements that don’t serve much purpose other than making things more complicated for tenants. Overall, I’ve made it work for the time I’ve been here, but the rising costs just don’t make sense for what you get. It’s becoming more expensive than it’s worth, so I’ve decided not to renew my lease. If affordability and straightforward communication are important to you, I’d recommend weighing your options carefully before signing.

CHWR is a great place to be. Very clean and Quiet. Has a nice view during afternoon walks and the free coffee totally hit the spot lol I would recommend this place to a friend or family member. It’s very close to DTG and Lake to walk around the different trials.

Easy quick process of getting signed up gave me 3,000 Visa card when applying then I got to spin the wheel and I got another 2000 dollar visa gift card no other apartment is doing that!

I am thoroughly happy living here. There are no major issues living here. Everything is nice organized, kept clean and very well kept. The maintenance team is top-tier and Maintenance requests are taken care of within a couple days. Any issue I have ever ran into is dealt with and addressed.

I have been at Citizen Wolf Ranch since February. So far it has been an easy and great transition. The office staff is very professional and kind. The staff has been prompt in answering my questions and maintenance is quick and does a good job. The apartment location is great for my commute to Austin. The apartments are well built and spacious. I highly recommend.

My husband and I moved from Houston to Georgetown in the month of October to obey the falling that God has over our lives about opening a church. Not bad. Nothing is perfect so 4 stars. Have not got to enjoy all the amenities yet, but plan to. Brand new build with no issues. Great value for the cost of living here.

Super nice and helpful staff, friendly community and beautiful amenities! The leasing process was much easier than I had originally expected, the staff was kind and helpful, and I feel borderline spoiled living here. haha

I have met two other residents here so it makes me feel more at home. My neighbor across from me was great and so helpful. She loaned me a cart so I can load my groceries and carry them all at one time. It is great as I am still recovering from my broken femur bone.

Move in and everything after has been great! So happy to be here !! I expected it to be quiet with the location etc but the environment has exceeded expectations. The common areas are always spotless and amenities spot on.

From beginning to end, choosing Citizen House as our new home just felt right. Madison helped us and she was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and extremely responsive as well. Really good overall. I utilize the gym and community rooms frequently. We have a friendly staff. I have met some really nice neighbors. Looking forward to getting back in the pool.

I have lived here for 3 and a half months now, and I can say that this is an amazing place to live. The management and staff truly care about you, and they are always so kind. The maintenance team is great, and they sure know what they are doing. My dog chewed on the wall, and within a week, it was fixed!

Apartments are beautiful main complaints would be how small the Gym is, and the Noise that the Shower makes when heating up. Other than that the staff is wonderful!
