Property Ratings at Bexley Spring Hill
For those working from home, the entire community is linked to several WiFi routers, making it seem like the ideal set up. However, the internet goes out for hours at a time weekly. The issue is with Spectrum, but has been an ongoing issue for months. Dispute several “calls to the provider”, the community staff are unable to help with this issue.

The Apartments are bright with gorgeous interiors, some units have nice views of trees. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a beautiful pool for use during summer months!

Citizen House of Spring Hill has far exceeded our expectations for apartment living in Columbia, TN. There is a true “community” feel here, and the amenities are excellent. It’s location near Spring Hill and Columbia makes it easy to find things to do in the area. The staff is always kind, personable, and professional. 10/10 experience so far. We love it here!

I’ve lived here a few weeks and I love it! Maintenance is super fast to respond to concerns. The amenities are great I get free coffee from the coworking space every morning. Haven’t gone to the pool yet but can’t wait to. They have door pickup for trash. It’s like living at a resort it’s amazing!
Citizens House is a great place to live. A safe, secure facility with an excellent staff and friendly residents. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to give this facility a look.

Since I have lived here it has been such a relaxing and nice community! Everyone here is so friendly and such good people :) Best location and area ! The staff is always on top of things and cares so much about how things look and if their resident people are taken care of ! Highly recommended to stay here 10/10
Citizen House is a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and the staff welcoming and friendly. The amenities are nice and well maintained. Management is quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. I recommend you stop by for a tour if you are looking for a great place to make your next home. You won't be disappointed!
I just moved here from New York for a new work opportunity. I was not familiar with the area whatsoever and have never been to Tennessee. When looking into Citizen House, everyone was so kind and timely with their response to any question or needs that I had in navigating this process. On arrival, Chelsea greeted me, and was so kind, willing to show me the amenities and answer any questions I had during the move-in process.
I started online and it was very easy to navigate around the website to book a tour. Maybe less than 24 hours I got a call saying my tour was book and for me to come in. First glance of the place was amazing. Staff is super friendly. They keep a nice and clean appearance in the office and all amenities. The grounds around the apartment are clean as well. Just all around great place.
It's peaceful, I love my apartment, amazing, amazing office team. I am delighted to be here.
I have loved my first couple of weeks at my new place. The ladies at the leasing office are kind, courteous and professional. The move in process was easy for me and I love the look of the community. Inside my apartment is beautiful, with a modern farmhouse look with new fixtures and nice appliances. The big garden tub and huge shower head is so nice. And all appliances within are General Electric. I love my washer/dryer units and the one bedroom unit is the perfect space for me and my cat. Very happy thusfar.
The staff at Citizen House makes you feel so welcomed! They assist you with any questions or concerns you have and make sure you feel heard. The amenity and floorplans here are gorgeous as well! Definitely recommend!!!
