I love living here. The apartment/amenities are so nice! And community is very good at keeping it nice and clean.
Place is beautiful and the apartments are a great size! Leasing office needs to work a lot on training their agents. Communication is very poor. Make sure to ask a lot of questions before moving in.
I’m satisfied with my residence her great staff, clean neighborhood, the maintenance crew are always on time easy access to amenities and I love the neighbors engagement on the dashboard.

Great experience while applying. Move in date was accomodated with no issues. Lovely experience. When move in day came it was a holiday leasing office was closed but they made it easy for us to access our apartment and the wifi was hooked up already which was great!

Me gusta mucho vivir aquí, las áreas comunes son muy bonitas y siempre se sienten cuidadas. Disfruto caminar por las caminerías y usar el gimnasio, aunque sería buenísimo que añadieran un par de máquinas más. I have loved my stay for one year and will renew my lease.Everything is great just hope residents slow down in the parking area. But everything else is great and the front office is always great and helpful.

Moved in and there was human hairs painted into the drawers and paint chips missing from the doors from the previous residents. The previous residents asked to extend a week so we did. But the maintenance team instead of cleaning out the hairs from all the drawers just did the landlord special and painted over them. We told management and they came back and apologized and repainted over the drawers

Speeds bumps are awful. Gym should be bigger and could use more space considering how many people live here. Staff is incredible, very responsive and respectful

I love it! I thought being so close to the airport we'd hear the planes and road noises but we don't hear a thing! The neighbors are also very nice and quiet. They have offered so much help so we can get moved in

I love living here and will take it over a lot of other properties in Austin. the only feedback I have is the amount of dog poop that people leave around the property, and I dont believe there is anyone that maintains the yards besides leaf blowing i.e. weeds, watering, reseeding grass. otherwise the amenities, location, and staff are great.

Love living here! It’s in a beautiful area with a lot of nature you see all different types of bugs & even deer :) Living here is nice because it offers life outside the “city” life. Walking in the community is seen often with the awesome trail they have! It is kind of necessary to get a bike, car or scooter living here. The walk to the nearest gas station is 25 minutes. Overall beautiful, clean & well maintained complex!!

The community is clean and quiet for the most part. We do not care for our parking fees going up, yet "we" have to deal with people parking in our paid spots still. We do not understand this fee needing to increase when all it is is a covered parking spot, not an upkeep of a garage space.

When we moved in we settled in very well. The complex filled up quickly and we haven't had any problems, except for one of our neighbors smoking marijuana daily INSIDE their apartment. We have come to the conclusion it must be lingering through the ventilation system. This has now made us reconsider renewing our lease....

The management team is WONDERFUL and the maintenance team is great!!! I love that there seems to always be someone present during business hours and if not there is a quick response to questions.
CHB is a beautiful place to live with a kind community and friendly neighbors.
Citizen House Bergstrom is a beautiful community with great proximity to downtown! The staff is friendly and helpful - Sara and Nena are both wonderful. The only warning I have is research the area before moving here. The concrete company next door starts working at 5am, and the training campus is firing weapons most days of the week. You should miss most of this noise if you commute to work, but it makes for a loud environment if you work remotely.
Citizen house bergstrom is hands down the best apartment community to live at. The property is absolutely stunning with a huge trail in the back to walk around. The floor plans are spacious and super functional. I couldn't recommend citizen house bergstrom more.
This place is absolutely amazing! Nicole at the front desk helped me move into a two bedroom two bath. Making the transition- hurdles and all that come with moving seem effortless. This community is something so unique to Austin and I’m proud to call it home!

The management team is top-notch, ensuring a smooth move-in process and clear communication throughout your tenancy. However, it's important to note that there's a nearby cement plant that can generate noise, including horns and machinery sounds, after 12:30 am. If noise sensitivity is a major concern, this may be something to consider.
