      I have loved my stay for one year and will renew my lease.Everything is great just hope residents slow down in the parking area. But everything else is great and the front office is always great and helpful.

      Moved in and there was human hairs painted into the drawers and paint chips missing from the doors from the previous residents. The previous residents asked to extend a week so we did. But the maintenance team instead of cleaning out the hairs from all the drawers just did the landlord special and painted over them. We told management and they came back and apologized and repainted over the drawers

      I love it! I thought being so close to the airport we'd hear the planes and road noises but we don't hear a thing! The neighbors are also very nice and quiet. They have offered so much help so we can get moved in

      I love living here and will take it over a lot of other properties in Austin. the only feedback I have is the amount of dog poop that people leave around the property, and I dont believe there is anyone that maintains the yards besides leaf blowing i.e. weeds, watering, reseeding grass. otherwise the amenities, location, and staff are great.

      Love living here! It’s in a beautiful area with a lot of nature you see all different types of bugs & even deer :) Living here is nice because it offers life outside the “city” life. Walking in the community is seen often with the awesome trail they have! It is kind of necessary to get a bike, car or scooter living here. The walk to the nearest gas station is 25 minutes. Overall beautiful, clean & well maintained complex!!

      The community is clean and quiet for the most part. We do not care for our parking fees going up, yet "we" have to deal with people parking in our paid spots still. We do not understand this fee needing to increase when all it is is a covered parking spot, not an upkeep of a garage space.

      When we moved in we settled in very well. The complex filled up quickly and we haven't had any problems, except for one of our neighbors smoking marijuana daily INSIDE their apartment. We have come to the conclusion it must be lingering through the ventilation system. This has now made us reconsider renewing our lease....

      Citizen House Bergstrom is a beautiful community with great proximity to downtown! The staff is friendly and helpful - Sara and Nena are both wonderful. The only warning I have is research the area before moving here. The concrete company next door starts working at 5am, and the training campus is firing weapons most days of the week. You should miss most of this noise if you commute to work, but it makes for a loud environment if you work remotely.
