Avoid this place at all costs. I lived here for three years and the only reason I stayed that long was because moving is expensive, certainly not because the property or management deserved it. I am a very easygoing person and rarely leave reviews, but I wish I had paid attention to the warnings from other residents. I regret not listening. The maintenance crew is the only bright spot. They were consistently friendly and helpful. Everyone else was terrible. The office staff is unresponsive and careless. Emails go unanswered and calls are ignored until you chase them down repeatedly. When they misapplied my rent, it took several calls before they finally corrected their mistake. The property is poorly maintained and unsafe. Management launched a nine month roofing project with no meaningful notice to residents. Nails and debris littered the grounds; both my sister and I stepped on nails that pierced our shoes. Complaints were brushed off, workers left tar and materials scattered everywhere, and the noise was constant. Security is a joke. For more than two and a half years the entry gate never worked, leaving cars vulnerable to break-ins, something that happened regularly, yet management never fixed it. This is not just inconvenient, it is negligent. The maintenance team deserves credit, but the rest of the staff and management show zero regard for residents’ safety, comfort, or time. Save yourself the headache and look anywhere else.

We are in regular communication with local law enforcement and the only issues we’ve had involved cars that were left unlocked by their owners, with those incidents being extremely rare. I love Citation Club, the pool is great, the rooms are quite large!! and the parking is AT MY FRONT DOOR. So easy when I have groceries. My daughter lives in a "NEW" building and I need a bicycle to get to her from the garage. C C is just a great value and residence.

I really enjoy living at Citation Club. The community is clean, quiet, and feels safe. The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, and maintenance is usually quick and professional when needed. The amenities are well kept especially the pool and gym. Citation Club community is a beautiful HOME. You love coming HOME to it and You love staying at HOME in it. The rooms from the one bedroom to the three bedroom are spacious with high ceilings. The terrace extensions bring the beautifully manicured grounds into your living space. The clubhouse, pool areas, volleyball court , tennis courts and dog parks are kept beautiful. If you expect to move into a apartment that is clean and repair free, reconsider. I was surprised at the long list of repairs I had to put in. After two weeks in this apartment most have not been repaired. I would have assumed the apartment would have been move in ready.

We moved recently from NY to Florida and, choose to rent a beautiful 3bdr 2bath appartment in Citation Club. It was a perfect choice for our family of 4 plus our dog. The community is very clean, green and nice. Two pools, tennis Cort a volleyball play, perfect gym - all those amenities are for residents. Office is open daily except Sunday and very helpful for some questions or issues. We would recommend this community!!

Citation C is a very nice place with spacious apartments, GREAT parking, nice upgrades and great staff. It compares exceptionally well to newer tiny apartments

Citation Club is a great place to live. You will find that the lay outs of the apartments are far superior to these new ones being built today. Bigger rooms and much more closet space. You can't beat the maintenance here also.

Had I known it would be like moving to a frat house I would have looked elsewhere. The building that I live in is out of control. Music blasting all hours of the day and night. My neighbors start playing loud music from 8pm all the way until 3am several nights per week. They hang out outside the Bldg. drinking and leaving their cans on the ground. I have brought this up to the leasing office and nothing has been done.

Hi, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location.
The worse community in PBC. You will rather leave outside instead of moving here. Walls are paper thin and the office staff are lazy liars. I wish I would pay for the damaged/ outdated appliances you added to my move out fees. Please stir clear of this drug rehab apartment complex
