I moved down from Oregon and mResidences Redwood City made the move-in process easy. My apartment in beautiful and living on the first floor is perfect for my dog. The surrounding (gated) area of the complex is perfect for walking my dog. I expect I'll stay at this apartment complex for a long time.

We have been residents at this community for 3 years and so far it has been very good. Neighbors are nice and management is receptive to the needs and concerns of the residents. It isn’t a very big community (works for me) and we are glad to be a part of it.

mResidences Redwood City is a modern luxurious living space with all the amenities you could ever want!
Clean safe professional environment. Feels like you live in a hotel. The staff is friendly and really go the extra mile to build relationships.
Worst security and leasing people. Constant break-ins and thefts in parking garage. If you park your car or bike in there forget that you own one. When you go and reach out to leasing all they say is sorry this happened please file a police report.
