This place is horrible and they don't care about their people. I got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911 to pry me out. I called the emergency maintenance line (it was the weekend) and no one ever called to ask how I was doing or if I was OK. When everyones packages were getting stolen they refused to put up a camera and told me to ship my stuff to their other apartment complex. Then when I moved out they wanted to charge me because my bathroom sink wasn't clean. This place is a joke. OH Yeah I forgot about the SHOOTING right next to the apartment. Wild! There were about 10 cops that swarmed the place that night. Still nothing from management.
Per a resident from 2 yrs ago- they have roaches and do nothing about it which I can confirm is true 2 years later

I absolutley loved my year and a half in my little studio in winterhouse. Perfect for somone moving to the city for the first time. I felt safe there, and the amentites were good for the price you pay. Management was responsive and helped with the issues I had

Extremely poor managerial staff. No responses to anything, not willing to work with residents. Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could.
I have been with Zender (Winterhouse) for 4 years before they got recently bought out by Circle City (CC). Before CC, Zender was very average and nearing below average but it provided the comfort of being minutes away from downtown with a hospital near by and a CVS and Walgreens not too far away. A couple representatives were very friendly and made the stay a little more welcoming. Since CC has bought out Zender (Winterhouse), many improvements have been made such as online rent payment, nightly security detail, and soon to come building renovations. CC looks like it is going to do some great things.
