Worst property manager I've ever seen. He appears to know very little about the apartments until after you've applied and is very competent at bait and switch. I wouldn't trust this place. I only feel that he deserves to be at this property as he is as trustworthy as the homeless people outside the fence. I'm grateful I didn't waste any more time than I did with these liars as they should be better. They have good floor plans, but corporate and management doesn't appear to care about future tenants as lies are acceptable from them.

Cinnamon tree is a nice complex to live in with nice neighbors I’ve seen the employees from maintenance taking care of things around the property outside as well as people from the office.! Seems like everybody has a genuine interest working there !(:

It’s a pretty nice place to live. The people I’ve met have been friendly and neighborly. The gated community feels safe to be in and walk around at night. Management is nice. Repair guys are nice.

Heartless management nickel-and-dime tenants. In the past I've seen management out and about the property. Since Hugo arrived, I've not seen a single office person outside of the office. A good property manager routinely inspects property and interacts with tenants.

Best community apartment makes you feel right at home

It's very nice the people are friendly and the apartments are well taken care of.

So far it has been a great living environment with friendly & helpful staff and friendly neighbors. It is really close to my workplace and some restaurants and shops.

A little oasis in a really bad part of town is not very marketable I don't think. But overall, thanks to the management staff, it is not a bad place to live.

Cinammon Tree is a fantastic place to live despite the area outside of the gates. Anthony and the team are very excellent and the floor plans are quite cute.

Place is roach infested. Not worth the cost. Area is over run with homeless population. They actually had tent city right next to property but now there is a fence put up but they are still all over. Lighting at night horrible. Parking spaces for handicap is not good, lines not painted correctly. Unable to use amenities as it is so cold in the building.

Cinnamon tree had a little community with a big heart. I’d say, that the entire staff here needs to be proud of the work they do. I admired their commitment to working with me. It was a meaningful experience as, I just relocated from New Jersey. It’s hard not knowing anyone and starting fresh. I felt welcomed and encouraged the entire time. The property itself is well maintained, it’s very cute. I love the pet friendly areas and it’s nice to know There’s a good mix of people (from old to young) with all of their own unique perspectives running around.

Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Friendly and courteous staff. The new community center is a perfect place to hang out while you do your laundry. The new management is really making this place exceptional.

The management at Cinnamon Tree is going above and beyond to improve this place and make it a nicer home to live at. While the area may have its issues, these people are practically around the clock keeping us safe.

Ive lived here for less than a month and i love it. Theyre very understanding and quick to fix issues ive voiced.

The management team here is OUTSTANDING!! Courteous and professional regardless the circumstance. As a resident, it really matters to have people that care in charge. This is, after all, my home.

Great place to live..gym jacuzzi pool sauna...great landscaping and beautiful views, bbq grills, dog park and lots of place to walk with an animal or not and just enjoy the scenery... Maintenance is always prompt professional respectful and takes care of any work orders I put it faster then anywhere I have lived

It's a nice environment. And quite to stay around.

The complex had a lot of severe issues. It is improving. I'd tell friends and family to give the place some time to finish.

WORST PLACE EVERY FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE THEY, youre neighbors will be on meth and rob your car, I felt unsafe.

Worst complex I have ever lived at. Very very very very roach infestation. No matter what you do to keep your house as clean as possible and keep roaches away. The problem doesn't go away. It just seems like they keep multiplying more and more and more . Horrible! Save your money ms find else where far from this place.

Garbage. Apartments are dirty and old. It wouldn't be bad for the price if they ever did any upkeep or didn't scam their tenants out of money by not charging their rent on time, then requiring late fees in 3 days or you face eviction. You can't ever park ANYWHERE. and I hope you don't like your car windows either because several get smashed in every night while the security guard sleeps in the box. Save your money and your time, and RUN away from this place. Leaving as soon as my lease is up.

everything about this apartment is bad.. they will do nothing about the bugs and management is pretty rude

I had the worst experience ever living here. The staff was completely rude and unprofessional and my living situation was very sketchy to say the very least. My apartment inside was falling apart, gross appliances and a huge spider problem. You can always hear what your neighbors are doing and its truly upsetting when you're trying to sleep. You will be promised the world when you are looking into signing a lease but the second you do-- you're the least important person ever, from now you will be treated poorly and never get a maintenance guy ever. Such a sketchy part of town and they do nothing to offset that, you will be bothered by homeless and sketchy people. I would never live here if I knew what I do now. Save your money and go live somewhere else.

I have stayed in both the one bedroom and two bedroom models of this complex and can honestly say I enjoyed both. The one bedrooms and studios have a wall unit, while the two bedroom units have central air. There is a sand volley ball, large open areas of grass and a playground for children. The clubhouse has a steam room, racquetball court, laundry room, gym, and an area with a television and seating. The pool is very well cared for and has a hot tub outside that are both run during the warmer weather, as well as another hot tub inside that is run during the colder months. There is on site maintenance and you can constantly see them working on the grounds. These are really great apartment for anyone from a college student to someone with a 9-5.

The rent is extremely affordable and tenants are friendly but the apartment is located right off of Central Ave and Louisiana Ave, an unsavory part of ABQ so no walking outside the gates or you will be exposed to some illegal activities. The maintenance people and administration are quick to respond to any issues. Also, the are a number of events (concerts, festivals) that happen on Central so some weekends can be crazy loud.

Cinnamon tree hasn't the nicest staff and maintaince people. They have security that you can call after 10 if music is too loud or something is wrong. I feel so safe at the apartment. The apartment complex is so clean and it kept up real well. The apartment complex is beautiful. Definitely recommend cinnamon tree apartments in Albuqueruque NM

I hope i find some place just as cheap or nice as this one
